The staff I interacted with were friendly and offered helpful suggestions when I had questions about specific tools and which ones to use for my home improvement project which made shopping easier. Inventory can be different from various Harbor Freight locations, so it is good to call ahead of time if you know exactly which tool you are looking for. We had several very heavy beams (6x6) and the delivery guy offered to help my son carry them back to the backyard.... very much appreciated. My low rating is because of the quality of the wood. The redwood had lots of splits in the wood (some of it was actually unusable), plus many knots. The quality was definitely not what I expected for this high-priced redwood. I wish I had been able to hand select the pieces, rather than just getting "whatever" the team who bundles the order selected. Definitely not the quality I would expect from Ganahl Lumber.
