My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that Dr. Moragianni was present for every visit and offered clear, concise insights and direction. Maureen, our nurse was also a pleasure to work with and always followed up with timely calls as promised after our in person visits. Dr. Moragianni's practice is clearly a step above all others and we would definitely recommend her as your first choice.

My husband and I tried to conceive for six years before initially seeking treatment at another provider in the area. After a year of being treated like a number in a baby factory at the big box fertility clinic, we decided to take a break. We were defeated, discouraged, and unsure whether we would continue in our attempts to have a child. The next year a good family friend who is also an out of state OBGYN suggested Dr Moragianni. We were able to schedule with her fairly quickly and our consultation left us feeling a renewed sense of hope! She actually listened to everything we had to say and explained things to us that we didn't know even after a year of treatment elsewhere. After our first round of bloodwork to get starred, Dr Moragianni identified an irregularity with my thyroid that had been grossly overlooked at the other clinic. She continued to monitor and work with us as I sorted out the thyroid issue with an endocrinologist. During this time we found that my ovaries were often not visible making it nearly impossible to determine egg count and quality. Based on the examination experience, I believe this was also the case at the previous clinic, only they blindly treated me without explaining the situation and therefore the treatment was continuously unsuccessful. Dr Moragianni on the other hand very clearly explained everything, presented us with options, and offered her best advice. She did not encourage us in any way to proceed with a path that was likely to be a dead end. One thing she offered and I was unaware of was egg donation. Ultimately, this made the most sense for our situation, and now we have a beautiful baby boy that I carried to full term. Thanks to Dr Moragianni, my underlying health issue was resolved (I had parathyroid surgery), my time and money were not wasted, and I was treated like the top priority patient at every visit! THANK YOU for helping us complete our family!!

I have been doing acupuncture for fertility/pregnancy support, and didn't want to stop during our trip. It worked out perfectly to find Kerri right down the street from where we were staying, because those issues are some of her specialties! I really appreciated the time she took to talk with me before each appointment, getting updates on any physical symptoms or issues I was having as well as emotional ones, checking my pulse and my tongue and then getting started. She also always explained what acupuncture points she would be focusing on and why. Her heated bed and heat lamp are divine, and she always offers essential oil aromatherapy, which I loved. I would definitely be continuing to see Kerri if we still lived in the area!

She is a healer in the truest sense.

Second time was during covid and it was several months in and they should not have been taking patients. There was no communication and a lot of mistakes due to that. The biggest problem by far is the one woman in charge of billing. I had seen reviews talking about problems with her. I thought "nobody likes to pay the bill so of course she isn't liked". I was wrong. To even give her money i would call repeatedly and get no call back. I would have to call the main number and annoy a nurse but her not taking my payment was holding up my treatments. I also got a harassing amount of bills at one point. I called and left a lot if voicemails asking what the bill was far ( there was no explanation) and no call back. I finally sent a letter wasting a stamp saying stop sending me bills unless you are going to tell me what it was for. This continues to be a problem. It is to the point I have directed people away from them. I have to keep dealing with them for another year or two and every time the same. If they got rid of the woman at billing they could be a 4 start place. And nobody seems to care since I have seen complaints going back years.

During this time my husband and I were able to retrieve 5 embryos (2 viable and 3 abnormal). Due to this facilities lack of organization, communication, etc. we decided to move to another practice. We recently began the process of transferring our viable embryos to the new practice. Last week we had scheduled an appointment to transfer OUR embryos however, once we attempted the transfer process, we found out Sincera Reproductive Medicine had kept our 3 non-viable embryos. After repeated requests to only transfer the viable embryos we were told "this is not our policy". We have been willing to sign documents to destroy our 3 abnormal embryos as they cannot be used and THIS SHOULD NOT BE Sincera's decision. We have been unaware that Sincera continued to keep and store these embryos since we are unable to use them. Additionally, we have requested for our 2 viable embryos to be transferred to our new practice so we can move forward with our fertility journey. Sincera continues to refuse to transfer our 2 viable embryos and it has been relayed to us that based on their "new policy" we will need to transfer all embryos or nothing. This process with Sincera Reproductive Medicine has been more stressful than dealing with cancer. Currently, we are unable to move forward with the fertility process as our viable embryos are being held hostage by this practice. I ADVISE ANYONE TO PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PRACTICE SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH A SIMILAR SITUATION.

I had a very intense and fast labor and they were with me every step of the way. My first birth experience was very long and horrible in a hospital setting. Throughout my journey I appreciated their patient education, empowerment, and support so I could make informed decisions about my care. I like that my prenatal visits were longer than I could expect with an ob and that they provided a binder for me to bring with assigned homework each visit. Rather than having a "birth plan" (because they usually don't go as planned anyway) we were encouraged to think about our hopes and dreams. Everyone I've met here from the nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, lactation consultants, the clinical director, etc. have all been wonderful to me and if I could do it all over again I would have become a patient here sooner. I had many questions along the way so I'm going to be detailed here so others may know what to expect. Before you can become a patient here you have to attend a seminar to learn more about their midwifery model of care, the differences between a birth in their suites vs. at Bryn Mawr Hospital nearby (you can plan to deliver there or there may be reasons you are transferred there the day of, the nurse midwife on call has the clearance to deliver there), postpartum care, and next steps to become a patient. After attending the seminar, I had to sign a medical release forms to have my records transferred from my previous provider before I could schedule any appointments. They have two locations (Bryn Mawr and South Philly) and prenatal visits could be with the same provider or different providers. The first prenatal visit is longer and billed separately while the rest of the appointments are billed to insurance together under their global plan after delivery (not after each appointment). During my regular prenatal visits they measured my fundal height and would feel my bump for the baby's position while estimating weight (they were pretty good at that)! I had to pay for lab tests and non-stress tests separately. While I had to do my formal ultrasounds elsewhere, they had the equipment to do informal ultrasounds just to check on the health of the baby and seemed to be training their staff to do these more. I was required to schedule several classes to prepare for childbirth (series of 4 classes), about lactation essentials, and about navigating your first days at home after birth. The instructors really encourage asking questions and participation, so it was helpful to have this intimate space for that. The dates and cost of these classes are available on their site but you can't schedule them until you're confirmed as a patient. After your delivery they will follow up with you (home visit if you delivered at the birth center or phone call if you delivered at the hospital). There will be a 6-weeks postpartum visit to examine you and make sure your body is recovering but also to check on your mental health (so necessary and important)! They also have weekly lactation support and new parent support groups that were happening on Zoom, I think they are also now offering in-person options too. I could tell from the session I went to that the other families really found this space helpful and were wanting to offer encouragement to newer parents like me while sharing about their knowledge/experience. Cara, one of the lactation consultants, facilitates the virtual groups and is amazing! I hope all this information helps anyone who is considering becoming a Lifecycle patient because the last thing a pregnant woman should have to worry about is the quality of care she is receiving.
