I would not recommend this business…read more After I canceled my membership, I was still charged. At first, I was promised a refund through Venmo, but after that, I never heard back. I followed up multiple times, and the owner never responded to my emails. When I called to ask about the refund, I spoke with a woman named Dana. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was extremely rude, called me a liar, and spoke down to me over the phone. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I do want to say that the younger girls who work at the front desk have always been kind, helpful, and professional. They were never the problem, and I don't want my experience with management to reflect poorly on them. The tanning beds are also not well maintained. In my experience, more than half the time I visited, at least one bulb in the bed I used was burned out, and there were also times when entire beds were out of service. Between being charged after canceling my membership, not receiving the refund I was promised, the lack of response from management, and the way I was treated when I tried to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend spending your money here.

Let's start with the teeth. About a month ago I decided to finally splurge and go to my dentist for teeth whitening. It was $500, but I'm getting married so I thought why not. It took an hour, was extremely painful and barely made a difference. I then decided to try it at cryomist on a whim and in 15 minutes my teeth were white (but still looked natural) and had NO PAIN! And I have extremely sensitive teeth so this was pretty surprising. I then couldn't resist trying CryoTherapy because I've been hearing so many amazing things about it. I'm not gonna lie... it was FREEZING, but Jen talks you through the entire 3 minute process which kept me distracted from the cold. After, I felt energized and just amazing. Also, the weight loss is a nice perk :) All in all, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. It's reasonably priced, the staff is super nice and accommodating, and you'll leaving looking and feeling your best (but not like a Barbie doll, I promise).

The salon is gorgeous and clean, and Maria is such a great person and becomes your friend. The procedure itself is extremely refreshing. You leave with your skin feeling hydrated and fresh. Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism. I highly recommend this service.
