They require masks during the service, which they had for you to grab at the salon. Love that as we were very up close and personal and I know germs are flying around this time of the year. Anne was very professional and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. She came to my apartment and set up her equipment (a pop up tent, fan, airbrush machine). The tan only took maybe 30 minutes tops to complete (2 coats). Anne was so friendly and sweet and made me feel very comfortable (despite the fact I was almost naked in front of her, lol). She sprayed my whole body including my face, and the morning after, she texted me directions after of how to rinse off and shower with the tan. I am so happy with the results!! After showering off the next morning, my tan is a perfect, natural-looking shade. Overall this was the best spray tan I have ever had in terms of convenience, color, and professionalism. I highly recommend this service.

3x's is not the charm!…read more 1st time, I was stuck in traffic and I called spa to report I might be a few minutes late. They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

I came to the shop with full intentions to get some sort of accommodation. instead the front desk after already being rude states "we will wave the fee but this can't happen again" very confrontationally. i respectfully said ok i wont schedule again. please do not give them your credit card info. they dont care if you look good after you leave they just want your money. they offered me no accommodations. nothing. thanks for nothing I will not be scheduling with them. I hope the owner knows how disrespectful their staff is to people that are trying to spend money to feel good. no one wants a spray tan on a rainy day. i did not deserve the way they treated me.
