I definitely would not say the same about this place, I felt like my questions were valued. If there was one thing I would suggest, perhaps giving some love to the inside waiting/front desk room. I think it could use a good cleaning to ensure customers are comfortable where they sit. Other than that, this place is great and I would come back for any further car repairs. Kevin and his crew have always serviced our vehicles with honesty and integrity, and I can usually get an appointment within 1-2 days. I saw someone else post that they had to wait 20 minutes for someone to help them. Yes, it's loud, they're busy, and sometimes you just have to walk in and say "hello, I'm here to get my car." They'll come right out, I assure you. The location is key for me as it's only about a 20 minute walk to my home so I can drop it off and walk.
