Awful experience ! Worst place ever and management is very rude. I requested the top notch detailing service, they said it will be done in 30min , first red flag ! When I came to pick up the car they forgot to clean the seat after I paid extra for it and the car was filthy when I requested them to re do it the very rude manager Bob said that my car was dirty and that's the best they could do to go ahead and clean it myself. I said in that case give me my money back and I can do it , his reply was no we don't do that and you can go somewhere else to get a better job done after I paid $100.00 . I ended up cleaning the car myself. Don't come here save your time and money. read more

If you're looking for a car wash with management that genuinely cares about their business practices, then this is not the right place for you. My expectations for a clean car wash were not met, as they failed to communicate that they could not clean a part of my car that fell outside their job scope. Had they clearly informed me about their limitations, I would have been open to paying extra for a detailed cleaning. Instead, they assumed I wouldn't notice the large unwashed area and simply took my ticket, hoping I wouldn't mind. To make matters worse, the staff wanted to clean the area and would have done so diligently, but management instructed them not to. When asked if they could stop the process to explain that they couldn't wash it, the manager replied, "You want me to stop the assembly line and tell you that we cannot wash it?" The assembly line. At the end of the day, they just want your money and not take heed to basic customer service. I would have happily paid extra for the service and leave a generous gratuity had they communicated effectively. So, if you enjoy spending your money on subpar car washes, then this is the place for you. It's a shame. You're better of at Mint Eco Car Wash and El Car Wash down the street. read more

I have been going to Main Street for close to 20 years. I don't know what's happening, but the past two times I was there they did an abominable job. The vacuuming job was awful both times, they couldn't really get the windshield clean some of the things that didn't get done in the wash they could have taken a paper, towel and some Windex too however, they chose not to. When I pointed it out to them they made me feel like it was my fault. My bad that I gave them a second chance and went back today. Again the windshield awful job, they did not snap in my mats they just laid them back down. When they called my name to let me know my car was finished. They said to me by the way your car won't start. I got in the car and I saw that they left it in drive. I told him that's because you left it in drive an older gray gentleman started to give me some crap why they had to leave it drive. So they gave me a jump and I made my way over to AutoZone where they checked and double checked my battery and all that went along with that task and told me my battery was perfectly fine. Thank God there are some honest people left in business. I will never come back to this place again. I will make sure that I tell everyone and anyone never to go there. They have no idea what attention to detail means. Good luck you lost my business. Unfortunately, I'm the loser here. BTW, when I returned home from AutoZone I called Main Street Car Wash and told the gentleman that answered what had happened. I, like many others, have been going here for several years. My last visit, other than the exterior being cleaned, I couldn't really tell anything else had been done. Areas still not vacuumed, windows still dirty and my truck wasn't even dried. I should have known when they called me only after 5 minutes after exiting the wash (full size truck). This is not worth $40. There are other car washes in the area that actually take time (and pride) in delivering a clean car. read more

Went Saturday at 1130 am and wanted the full detail service instead of the usual supreme service offered. They were able to fit me in and when I came back at 5 the car was beautiful as the day I drove it off the showroom floor! My detailing pro, Dave, did an awesome job and I got to watch him apply the final touches. The entire staff was so professional and helpful. It also does not hurt that if you go for the usual wash and services and tires, etc you will not spend your entire morning there, and this was on a Saturday! I come here all the time and it's just progressively getting worse. Got a hand wax package and after an hour went to inquire and the car was just sitting in the back. I thought they were waxing it and doing a good job. It's not enjoyable, sitting out in the hot sun thinking your car is being waxed to only find out it's just sitting back there. So then another 45 minutes go by before they finish the car. So I moved to the back and watch and they put a spray wax on in 20 minutes and that's the service that's the hand wax they claim. read more

Excellent service. My car really REALY needed to be detailed. Most places were asking for around $150 to do my car near my office in Palm Beach Gardens. So, I was planning on taking some PTO and went to Main Street. They did a hand wax with the additional wax sealant for a third of the price. My car came out fabulous. So bright and shiny. It has been over three weeks now...with major rain storms and my car is still looking great and "beading" like crazy. I will be back again and again. read more

I took my new car there yesterday. I had only had it one week but because it is black I wanted it washed. My car was given back to me with scratches on the hood and on by the front tire. The rear hubcap is completely damaged. It was obvious the driver scrapped my car against something. So today I decided to get my girlfriends car washed and selected this location. While I was there I spoke to an attendant and asked for the best inside cleaning and waxing they had. A very nice lady informed me a Teflon waxing was the best option and that I would have a perfect cleaning inside the car. I paid and waited to get my car back. In short time that finished and call me out to collect the car. When I arrive I had the following issues. 1. Wax marks all over the car. 2. Large streaks on all the windows 3. Doors panels had drip marks from the glass cleaning 4.door handles had dust and junk in them 5. Vehicle was not done properly When I approached my detailed he did not say anything but just started reacting and re-doing the car. I seemed like was fought and trying to cover his tracks. I then asked about the doors and why they where not done. I was told that to get you doors. Done you have to pay an additional $29.95 or they would be left dirty. At this point the manager came over and he was very rude and stated the same thing. Turns out this gentlemen was the owner Ken. He refused to tell me his position until I got upset. Then I told him my situation and he stated the same thing. When I showed him how bad the entire work was and asked him if he wanted this cleaning to represent his company he said no. I again asked to have the car correct and the doors and he still tried to charge me an additional service fee of $29.99. I paid almost $60 for a upgraded detail and they say it does not nicked the doors. That horrible and flat out a scam. If I had not checked the quality of the work they would have got away with this. I have to wonder how many clients get scammed this way because they just trust a company to do the right thing. read more

i would give it zero stars if I could . I paid $34 for my car to be almost as dirty as when I brought it in. They wiped down one door on the interior but failed to wipe the seats which still had spilled coffee spots on them . The exterior was sort of clean on one side but the other had actual dirt caked on . I could go on but you would be better off going through a $12 dollar wash at a gas station. car will be cleaner on outside and since Main Street dydbt touch the interior you won't be missing anything . Came in with a very dirty car and left with it sparkling! I did give some pointers to the vacuum crew to not miss some spots. $6 to wash four mats seems really affordable to me. Got the $18 basic wash plus $6 mats option. It includes a full interior vacuum, interior wipe with spray and exterior dry by hand. Hardworking crew and efficient operation. Will be back again for a quick no hassle clean up. read more

Not a bad spot. The initial guy that got me set up wasn't very friendly but I can't say he was rude. The cashier was very nice and even recommended to join their rewards program since it was my first time. For $30 wash it was pretty decent. Those drive thru machines can't do it all and I know that. by pass this place!....i paid $30 for wash. just to come home and see that my car was half way vacuumed! plus liquid (that i waste while getting out my car there) was still in my cup holder. i took my car back to be redone. in which they gave me no problem however, this is my second time going through this with this place. the first time i wasn't upset because i figured "maybe they looked over it by mistake"....but to have the same thing happen a second time it shows they don't care. do not waste your money!!! replying back to ken: are you kidding me about vacuuming? my entire passenger side was untouched!!! your employee even apologized for not vacuuming that side!!!! now like i said you guys don't care!!!! that was my second time with exact same problem!!! so instead of coming under every review trying to justify why your employees did/do terrible jobs how about you get together with your employees have a meeting retrain if needed to make your establishment better. by the way everyone not telling the same "lie" on your business you have more bad reviews than good (half vacuuming). meet with your staff and do better. i wish you well also thanks. read more

The only way to survive this Florida sun down south is a good wax job. Though it seems to rain everyday for at least an hour you gotta get a good hand wash, wax, and vacuum. (I just don't want to do it myself.) After calling around to several local car washes and receiving rude phone service I contact a business that extremely high ratings on Yelp that was closing. He was almost 10 miles away but was referring people to this place. I knew the area but rarely noticed this place. I walk in and told about a Carnauba coupon. I tack on a few extras, drop off the car, and stroll up the street to relive some memories at the local library. I get back and my car is shining like it's brand new! Inside has that new car feel, brighter, cleaner, fresher. Great fast service and super friendly. They even have this space where you can spray your own car. It's set up like water guns so if you have small children with you - or childlike adults - they will have great fun helping to clean your car. Did I also state that your car is probably gonna get washed by some cute guy with dreads. It's like an 80% chance. If he doesn't have dreads then he has a Caribbean and/or southern accent. My guy friends say that is why they get their girlfriends, wives, sisters, etc to drop off their cars to get good service. I don't know how true this statement is, but after seeing my car my friend had me drop off his car. LOL. In both cases, both interior and exterior was cleaned and polished to perfection. read more

Before I signed up I was told explicitly that I could cancel anytime. I've been a long time client of another car wash chain near my parents house that's far more affordable for the same services but much further away. I decided to give this place a try. The staff miss a lot. My car currently has crumbs and residue all over that wasn't cleaned because the focus for $60 a month is speed not quality. I'd point these things out and the staff would get irritable and start pressuring for tips to complete the work that's already supposed to be included in my package. I called the front desk to cancel and she said she didn't handle that the owner did. She called back saying the owner said I couldn't cancel until my second month. I called back and the owner attempted to talk over me and told me I should've read the fine print on the receipt. If I can't rely on your staff to communicate your terms and services correctly or provide adequate quality service then what's the attraction? The only positive they have going for them is Beth. She's an absolute angel and really lovely to work with. Even with her there I still would not recommend membership here unless you don't mind spending double the area average for a top tier wash membership to receive half the service. UPDATE: No Ken you werent even at the wash when I was told explicitly that I could cancel at anytime so stop pretending and please stop underselling your staff I've held long conversations with plenty of them and the person I'm speaking about went on a long winded diatribe about tipping after i pointed out the crumbs and dirt he had missed in a perfectly polite and respectful way. You can continue to write the same comebacks but anyone with eyes can see the consistency in the feedback you're being given and the consistency in your unwillingness to grow and learn from it. You run a shitty business that's over double the market average for the same services. The only difference is you're a hostile asshole and your hours are shorter and your service quality is far less consistent. I left that wash with crumbs in every crevice of my car sir. And you screaming over me on the phone about not honoring what I was told didn't change anything about the outcome. I still didn't renew and you wasted all that hot air and anger for nothing. Maybe if you were at all service oriented you might have a chance at retaining clients at the absurd prices you charge with the shoddy work you offer but at the rate you're going your client base is going to continue to shrink because you aren't operating in good faith. Went and had my car cleaned today I got the carnauba extreme for about $30 and I am satisfied. My only complaint is that I had paper remnants stuck on my car from a newspaper I had previously left on top of my trunk and I had to ask for that to be removed once my car was finished. For the price you really can't beat it. If there is something you aren't satisfied with, they will fix it with a good attitude. I will be back. read more

On June 5th, less than 30 days after buying this certified pre-owned car, I allowed their personnel to drive my Mercedes E400 coupe through the car wash. Every other time, I drove it through. When I got in the car to leave it would not turn on and the entire dashboard was shorted out. The manager claimed one of his employees must have pressed a button and they don't speak English. He said it was my problem. I even called him back ten minutes after I left and he gave me the same story. Subsequently, I went to Mercedes Benz of Delray and they were unable to get the dashboard or controls to work. Being a Sunday, I came back the following day. A new cluster was ordered and they were unable to get the car to start because it was completely flooded as a result of the personnel opening a window or sunroof at this car wash. Mercedes has conducted all applicable intrusion tests and no water has entered the vehicle. My insurance company, State Farm spoke with Ken, the owner a few minutes ago and he said his team did nothing wrong. He also said he was only a manager. He claims to NOT have the required CCTV recordings and proceeded to hang up on the insurance claim agent. When the agent called back a receptionist said he was not available and hung up. I have a membership at this car wash and this is how Ken and his staff treat their customers? I have been going to this car wash for almost 20 years. This far the damage is at $3500 and I haven't had my car since the day after I left this car wash. I'm sorry to see this is how Ken treats his local and loyal customers. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau and I guess I will see him in court. Do not take your car here. This is obviously not a reputable establishment. They will ruin your car as they did mine. read more

Very poor customer service. Paid for a 1 month special and was denied when I went during the month. Had to pay for a single wash because I couldn't get out of the line. They ended up refunding me after several phone calls. Then, they automatically charged me for the next month. Could not be reached by phone and I had to go there to get a refund. They never once apologized and did not offer me any compensation for my trouble. The car wash wasn't very good either. Never go there!!! read more

First brought my little convertible here and they did a so-so job. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed lots of dirt still on the trunk. Not at all happy about that after spending $30. I figured I'd give them one more chance because my car was rather dirty...but still they had to see the dirt when they were drying it. I then brought my SUV a few minutes later and unfortunately it wasn't any better. This time I looked before I left and they made it marginally better. Professional staff.
