The first time I went through the wash, my car was barely cleaned. The front windshield was still dirty, and there was still mud on the side of my cars. I decided since I got the monthly plan, I might as well put it to good use and go through the wash a second time! On my next lap around, I waited for about 10 minutes before being told the car wash was broken and no cars could go through. I thought maybe that was the reason my car wasn't actually clean. Fine. On my second visit, I had bird dropping on the top of my car. I went through the car wash and came out with the dropping still completely there, as well as the dirt on the side of my car... I went through the wash AGAIN to STILL have the same outcome! I definitely will be stopping my monthly plan because it's not worth it at all.

For a $185 job I got ripped off, when I called them I was assured they would come out to redo the car but when I called them to schedule they stopped taking my calls and has not returned my calls or messages.
