I was a little hesitant about this place, because who wants to go to a car wash and wash the car…read morethemselves? Well, that's what you gotta do here. But let me tell you a little bit about it. As soon as you pull up in front they have a prep area they have brushes and liquid that you use to wipe off dead bugs around the license plate in between your wheels, windshield etc., then you drive up and right now they're doing five dollars a month for your first month and I joined the plan. When you join the plan you pull up and it reads your license plate and you go right through. Then you go to a place where there's a conveyor belt, and a human. The human tells/ directs you to pull forward so that your tires go on the conveyor belt properly and you put it in neutral. Don't touch the break and don't touch the steering wheel. Then you just glide on through the machine. When you're done, if you opt for the package, it even shines your tires. Then, upon exiting, you could immediately exit and go to your left, or you could go to the right, and they have super heavy duty vacuums, compressed air, they even have a mat washer along with microfiber cloths and window cleaner. The microfiber cloth clean fabulously. You start with the windows and wipe down l your dashboard, your steering wheel and then the thing you step on before you get out and you put it in the dirty towel bucket. You could bring it through as many times in a day as you want. So far I've been averaging about three days a week and on the weekends when I have my husband that's when I actually stop and vacuum and do the whole inside, so we could each to our own side I'm going to say that between the quality of the products they have, and the efficiency of the layout, it's better or as nice as any detail job I've ever had

It is so easy in the car is nice and sparkly clean, I get out of the car afterwards wipe it down they have fresh towels and music outside is really a lot of fun. Also my car is always nice and clean and shiny and for the money that I spend every month it is so worth it because this way I don't have to do it at home I work full-time and it's so convenient also Worth the value. However, the third time I came, I felt pressured by the cashier to get a more expensive option, even though that's not what I wanted. Then when I got my car back, it was dirty. There was hair on the seats and pieces of cotton as well from clothes. The rugs were still dirty. Even the cupholders were dirty. I immediately asked a staff member if they had really cleaned the car or even vacuumed. The cashier came out to me and told me that I should've just paid for a more expensive wash if I wanted the car to be clean. I was appalled because I didn't know they were going to do a subpar job just because I chose the more affordable option for myself. I also didn't appreciate his tone towards me. I tried to explain to him that the car was still dirty and he told me that it was clean or perhaps his eyes didn't work. It was very disrespectful. Not at all how you should talk to a paying customer. I kept coming back here because I liked the service the first two times, but it seems like they are not consistent. Despite paying the same price all three times, my latest wash was a disaster. It doesn't even look like I got my car cleaned on the inside. Been here many times, first time with the new truck. I pulled it and was happy to hear that the machine could take the dimensions of my ride. I had my doubts but sure enough all was good. afterwards I went inside, grabbed a free coffee,(ok free hot cocoa, its pretty good), and waited. Its a nice relaxing spot inside. If you wait outside its loud as hell as its next to the dryer at the end of the process. There is a semi private drop box for tips outside. There is no guy with his handout, they just waive you over the car. Once again, it was lookin sharp. I think I had written a review back in the day when it was called something else. Its a great spot. A little pricey, but so is the locations area. I'm a fan, you may be too.

Tony's Tip: There's nowhere to hang and nothing around there that's walkable to, so plan ahead (have another person take you back and forth, go for a run, bring a folding chair and a book, etc.) Needed a simple exterior wash (no interior detail or wax). Damián was pretty close by and I put my trust in my three fellow Yelpers who gave it the thumbs up. Their little spot is on the side of the Shell station building.. Does it look a little sketchy? Yeah. But I pulled up, was greeted, and was told it would be a half hour (they can only handle two cars max at a time). So I left to do a couple errands, then circled back for the hand wash. They were thorough and efficient, and the car was gleaming when they were through about 20 minutes later. A well spent $25 (it's a cash-only business by the way). I don't see why I need to go anywhere else from now on.
