We where constantly harassed by them due to an neighbor filing untruthful claims against my children and family. Which nothing was ever founded during inspections. During the extreme heat wave the AC broke and they where not able to fix it in a timely matter despite being given adequate notice. I had to take my family to an hotel and simple asked for those days to be prorated they refused even tho the home was uninhabitable and no fault of mine. Jamohl was a friend's referral, and when I introduced myself, I made sure to make our situation as unattractive as possible - we were selling a condo, with an HOA board that was seemingly on the verge of levying a monumental special assessment on unit owners. A lot was still unknown, though, and I wondered if we even had any chance at marketing the place given the uncertainty. No matter! Almost instantly, Jamohl was already working for us, researching and checking in on how another listing was approaching the situation.This set the tone for everything to follow. Among Jamohl's many talents, 'Vendor Wrangler' must be near the top. We decided to make our place sparkle a little bit more while we awaited word on the assessment, and not only did he have incredible contractor connections that bid at fantastic prices, but he did the vast majority of the actual coordinating, too. When we finally listed and then had a solid offer in hand - but with several repair conditions required before closing - he performed much the same magic.
