Being that I live in San Francisco, I shipped the clock back East to him to do whatever was necessary. That was 4+ years ago and this wonderful clock that once belonged to my brother has been keeping time flawlessly ever since. Update to 2022... I contacted Chris again in late October with several antique 'clock movement' issues. So far, I have shipped out a Lenzkirch and Gustav Becker movements for repair. And alas, a few more clock movements will need his attention as well... I just received the Lenzkirch clock movement back on November 4 and it is up and running/chiming perfectly! Thanks Chris! The store employee who greeted me asked me to leave my watch and come back 20mns later, which I did. When I came back, I was given back the watch, was not told anything, then left the store after paying. It's only when back at home that I noticed that the case back had been severely scratched. I called the manager, who told me that the employee did not know how to tell me about it... They offered to have my watch polished, but there is no way I will ever leave my watch in their hands. Clueless, inexperienced employees work at that place. Beware.
