I love WFP. I'm…read morealways greeted by someone friendly and helpful at the front desk (they're not always super cheerful, I'll admit, but everyone has off days so whatever). I also never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen, which is pretty impressive since I go there a lot for sick visits that they're always able to squeeze in at the last second. My pcp is Dr. Celler, and she is absolutely fantastic. She is very patient and a very attentive listener, and is great at explaining things in a way that I understand (though never in a condescending way). I know she has a very high volume of patients, but I have never felt as though I was being rushed out or ignored. I do understand some of the negative reviews, particularly with regard to Dr. Solomon (both of my parents have been seeing him for a very long time and used to be big fans of his, but have nothing but negative things to say now), but other than that I personally have never had anything but really positive experiences here.

Additionally, they do not follow through with prescription or referral requests. I requested an extremely important rX and CVS returned it to them as my insurance didn't cover it. It took them over a week to respond and after seven phone calls to the practice and CVS, I still do not have this prescription. My PCP is also away for the long weekend, so it will likely be another week before I can have it filled. I HIGHLY do not recommend using this practice.

Would rather sit in an emergency room for 7 hours if I have a medical question than to speak to this person ever again. It's very sad how he doesn't acknowledge the "do no harm" part of his oath.
