I knew exactly what I wanted and did not need anything else. As I went to checkout, the cashier, let's just call him Joshua, asked me if I wanted to purchase anything else along with the pre-workout. Politely, I told him no that I was good and this was all I needed. He then responded with "Really, okay whatever." Joshua then asked me for my phone number, which I provided. Once pulling up my account, he encouraged me to upgrade to their paid rewards program. I rarely shop at GNC, so I felt that upgrading would not be beneficial to me. Joshua then aggressively insisted that I join the rewards program. Again, I responded with no thank you and paid for my pre workout. As he handed me my receipt, he once again rudely tried to pressure me into signing up for their rewards program. When I once again told him no, he said, "Don't take this the wrong way, but you're really stupid." Because of this experience, I will never return to GNC - Marshall again, not that I went there often to begin with.

Longview has a strong demand for truly non-inflammatory and allergen-friendly options. Simple kitchen updates would transform this into a go-to spot for people with strict dietary needs: Offering customizable, build-your-own options (so ingredients like corn or dairy can be left off) Swapping to clean base ingredients, like avocado oil for cooking and corn-syrup-free mayo (like Primal Kitchen) Introducing organic ingredients, hormone-free meats, and grain-free menu items There are so many people in our community with sensitivities who would love to be loyal, regular customers if safer, cleaner options were available!

This may be a healthy place for lunch if you've just started trying to be healthy and are comparing it to say, fried chicken and fries. But bread, wheat, dairy frozen yogurt, orange juice, pineapple juice - these are not healthy things.

The cashiers, depending on who you get, can be super rude, unhelpful and even argumentative. I still don't understand the deal with their plastic bags - are they charging for them, or giving you a credit for bringing your own bags, or what? I wish I didn't have to shop here, but Aldi doesn't sell certain vegetables that they do have here. Can't buy anything besides that though - it's just too expensive.

I then say I didnt ask for a manager, you just left and got one. She said I didnt know why you were talking photos, ( even through I told her why ), and I didnt know if you was talking photos and going to another store. She then say as long as you are not doing that its fine. I then say, "that is not what you said". You said I cant take photos because I'm not an instacart shopper, she then changed her story up because of the manager being right there. So in reality this lady was harassing me because she was suppositious of a black man taking photos in the store, once again ( even through I told her why ). This lady should be fired, and educated.
