The register people never say thank you. She handed us our receipt and turned her back on us and never said a word. No thank you, have a good day, nothing. The carry out boy didn't say one word until groceries were in my vehicle and I said thank you. Limited stand for essential needs. We wanted to find a market that suppressed our hunger for lack of a quick meal but store didn't have any options useful to us. Small hotdog machine wasn't even working. On a good note it did keep our hydration needs quenched and we purchased water 2x as our event venue was located on this same street. I gave it a 5 because it's probably the best large grocery store in the area. The re-model is pretty awesome with a large alcohol section. The beef here is super fresh and tasty. However, I would like to see more healthy, organic options here read more

So we go to the Farmers Den and my husband orders a 3 piece chicken dinner. I order 2 pieces of chicken then continue to the salad bar. Here I choose an all you can eat salad plate. He follows me through the salad bar, and sprinkles half of a spoonful of egg on top off his macaroni salad (which is part of the 3 piece chicken dinner) When the clerk rings up our order, the lady says "Do you want a one time through salad bar or an all you can eat salad bar?" He responds that he doesn't want a salad bar and she says "You took the egg so I'm charging for a salad. One time or all you can eat?" Needless to say, we were not impressed. read more

Love this place! It's like a local Wegmans or unsnobby Wholefoods. Excellent hot foods area with soup and salad bar, sandiches to go and Chester's chicken. We made a point to stop here both times we were in town for groceries and a couple bites to eat. The second trip we took the whole family and everyone thought it was great because there were a lot of choices to accommodate everyone's tastes. Great spot!! I wish I had one near my apartment back home instead of the big chains. read more
