**Rating:** (1/5 stars)…read more **Terrible customer service from start to finish** I brought my equipment here as a new customer hoping to find a reliable service center, but the staff's attitude ensures I will not be coming back. When I first walked in to drop off my equipment, the service center staff was incredibly unfriendly. I stood around waiting for quite a while before anyone even acknowledged my existence no greeting, no hello, absolutely nothing. Being completely ignored as a first time customer was a terrible first impression, but the pickup experience was even worse. When I went to pick up my equipment, no one was even in the customer service area. After waiting for several minutes, a young man finally came in. He offered no greeting at all, sat down at his computer, and did some work before finally barking "phone number" at me. After I gave it to him, he just walked out of the room without saying "wait here" or "I will be right back." He eventually returned with my equipment, took my payment, and did not bother to say thank you or have a nice day. I just walked out. Good service is not just about fixing the equipment; it is about how you treat the people paying for it. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Fast forward to September. Similar fuel problem. Brought it back and they put in a new carburetor. And charged me for the replacement. $90plus. No warranty, no consideration for a failed repair. Arrogant response from service, that I caused the fuel problem. Not impressed with this business.

Mower all parts I had purchased for repair and 3 pictures I had taken so I knew where rods springs and bits were located. Seven days passed I called and was informed mower was just going on ramp would cost $200 and ready in 2 days. Two day later was called and informed they did not know why my machine was picked up as they do not repair this manufacturers machines. On payment of $80 my mower and parts would be returned no work done and minus pictures. I have now with the help of my brother in law and a you tube video of a one handed mechanic repairing my type of mower completed the repair A one handed mechanic could do what a supposed to be mower expert company could not complete. It started making noice a…read morecouple of months later so I took it to Country Village Power Equipment & Golf Cars on 9/19/25 to be fixed. About two months later I had to call them about the repair. They said it was going to be about two weeks to get the parts in. On 12/3/25 I sent them an email asking about the repair. They replied back and said they still needed a couple of seals but would keep me informed. A couple of weeks later I called them back and a gentleman said it was done and the person that worked on it would call me back about getting it delivered. I never heard back from them. I called again and the person I spoke to said that they were still waiting on parts. I told them that the person I spoke to earlier said it was done. That person said she would have the gentleman call me back. Well it is now almost the end of January and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM. PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT GETTING MY GOLF CART BACK!!!
