My wife thought is was time to get a riding mower when we were in a "big box store" recently. I did look at them but wanted see a particular one I knew they handled at Clermont Mower. Just recently purchased last week 8/25/21 scag liberty z 48". Came to the store in the morning knowing which product i wanted to purchase and find more info on. It was the last unit in stock so i jumped on the chance to own one. They are hard to come by the new liberty z but they had one in stock. Wish i can remember the woman and gentleman name that help me at the front counter to give them a shoutout. Yous made it very easy to apply for financing. Great customer service fast and easy. In and out in 30mins. Had my mower delivered same day which is awesome. Will be coming back for future purchases ok equipment. read more

I have never been so rudely disrespected! A week ago I stopped by Clermont Mowers and asked if they could take a look at and possibly repair my mower and weed-eater. I was told yes. They would give me a call on Monday or Tuesday. A week later they called and said that they could fix the mower but not the weed-eater. It was not repairable because of compression. I said ok and asked for an email of the compression test they did on the weed-eater and was told they would send it. I didn't receive an email so, I stopped by to pick up the weed-eater and asked for a print out of the compression test. The clerk couldn't find the paperwork and went into the office. Some women came out and was SO rude and disrespectful! She told me that they didn't work on my brand of equipment (after saying they could and having my equipment for a week). I told her that all I was asking for was a print out of the compression test they did. At which point she said that she wasn't going to take any verbal abuse from me. All I did was ask for the printout of the compression test. So don't question these people. Not only is this woman RUDE and unprofessional, but she lied to me. She told me, "my mechanic is not here and no compression is no compression". She then asked me if I was getting my mower "fixed there or not". I told her that with the way she was treating me, no. At which point she said that she would have her mechanic help me load my equipment into my vehicle. She talked to me like I was beneath her. What an unfriendly and hostile place! Don't go to this place unless you want to be treated like dirt! After being insulted and disrespected, I went down the street to Aaron's Lawn Mower Repair and the gentleman there tried to start my weed-eater in front of me . . . Guess what, it had compression. This family-owned business has a friendly atmosphere and the knowledge that you look for when making large purchases. I highly recommend them. So this is the place I ended up bringing my moped to be fixed.... now the big question is... why can a bunch of lawn mower guys fix my bike and not the dealer (this has been an on going problem since 2011)? These guys are the BESTEST... bikers this is the place to bring your bike! Parking is good. Staff is amazing. They know small engines. (the guys here do motorcross on the weekends) I was very happy with the cost. They even let me buy the part, and they learned a place where to get cheaper OEM parts! It ended up being a win/win situation for both of us. I got my bike fixed and they found a place to get cheaper parts besides the dealer. If I have a problem again, this is the place I'm coming back to with any small engine! PS: Honda... it was the fuel pump, why could you figure that out!?!?!? read more

This place is a joke. I was told my ride on mower engine was blown after 1 year of use. They charged me 400 to tell me they can't help me. Turns out they put the wrong part on my mower that caused it to be symptomatic of failing engine. I replaced the part with the appropriate one and my engine is running fine. It also seems suspect to me. Almost as if it was done to generate money. I also feel they are not friendly to "Yankees". read more

The owner ( Dave ) is very rude. He gave me the wrong part twice, even after I gave him the model and part number. Two trips home and back. I was told, well I couldn't find that part number so I gave you what I thought you needed. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS??? He is a Gravely dealer and works on them. I googled gravely parts and put in the part number and guess what it's the exact part I needed so I ordered it. When I told him I ordered the part myself he started yelling and cussing at me with customers in the store. He said he did all the leg work and how dare I not let him order it. We have bought new mowers from this man. Never again will he get our business or anyone we know. And I will tell any and everyone how unprofessional this man is. read more
