Due to the Biden economy I had to wait 10 weeks for the model trailer I needed to be delivered, but nobody else I called had one in stock and 10 - 12 weeks was the waiting time I received from everyone I called. One major benefit for me was that Wheel-A-Way was one of the closest dealers near me. A couple other benefits they offered was a free set up with my boat which was not offered at other dealers, and also they purchased my old trailer at what I thought was a reasonable price. I only had to leave a $500.00 deposit which was fair to order my new trailer. As promised after 10 weeks they called and told me my trailer came in and set up an appointment the next day to set it up with my boat. They took me in immediately and after approximately 1 1/2 hours I was ready to go with my new beautiful trailer, which was actually nicer than I originally thought. Never got a quote . So my husband called she gave him a verbal quote after asking all the information over again . Said she'd email it, and never did . I called again this morning at 8:00 and was promised an email and never got ​​one once again. Both my​ husband and I tried calling today & no one picked up the phone but a recording came on and never directed us to at answering machine to leave a message for a call back . We called for over an hour with the same response . No one ever picked up . If they have caller ID they could look and see how many times we called with no answer . Frustrated with no regard for customer service called someone else and spoke to a live person who gave me the quote over the phone and emailed me while I was on the phone . I now have an appointment to get a trailer hitch put on my car next Monday . That is what I call service ! If you don't want to lose business you need to replace Celeste as a receptionist or train her better to do her job because my experience was ridiculous! I will no longer do business with WELDRITE again nor any of my colleagues I share this story with. If this is the way you do business you might want to look at a better business plan and get a responsive receptionist that is friendly & organized and responsive to customers.

I knew I needed a very highly skill team to do the installation since this is not only a safety concern but also involves working on a new vehicle with some fairly innovative features that allows it to be flat towed. After meeting with Sidney the owner and his wife I knew I had found the expertise I was hoping for, Sidney looked over all the components I purchased directly from RoadMaster and we scheduled the installation. Sidney and Harrison his installer have completed this type of installation many times but with Ford's refresh on this new Maverick for 2025 there were some unique challenges and of course some concerns on my part being I wanted a very clean and non-destructive installation.
