Beware! Beware! Beware!!! Went for a pedicure with a friend for my first time. Should have checked Yelp first. They are in such a hurry, they don't pay attention to what they are doing. I was cut up to the point of getting an infection and now on medication from it because they don't pay attention. Filthy, dirty inside and the services are overpriced. Notice the Yelp account is not claimed by the business owner? That is because they don't care about reviews, positive or negative. Not sure of the bad reviews. I don't do my nails often as I work from home and mostly in loungewear. The 4-5 times I've been, I've never been disappointed (other than maybe my own choice for picking a color I regretted). I decided to go fancy with my manicure and asked for red ombré nails. STEER CLEAR!! DO NOT GO HERE If it were possible rate zero stars, I would. I was in the other day for a full set. My usual nail place was full so I decided to give Glitter Nails & Spa a chance.. what a mistake that was. The owner proceeded to sit me and my sister down for our full sets when it took her almost 15 minutes just to get started filing my nails because she had spent the whole time calling people on the phone, arguing with her workers, and doing everything but my nails. By the time she had even put acrylic on one hand my sister was already done with her entire set. I asked for a simple french tip design for my nails and ended up receiving duck nail looking nails. I was horrified and disappointed. Saddest part was they were $70.. When I came back later that day after running errands and realizing I could not bare to look at my nails anymore, I told the lady I did not like my nails and that I did not think I received a good enough set of nails for the price I was paying. When I came back she was rude and was offended at my request for something different. She told me next time someone asks if the nail looks good to say the truth. I was in shock at how rude and unacceptable that was. I told her to leave the bottom coat on and now I have nude basic looking nails I could have easily done with a kit from Walmart for $15. I've had these nails on for 3 days now and one has already come off with no hesitation, indicating that their technique and talent is shot. Do not come here!!! I don't know why I never learn with this place. Awful service. They tell you 10 minutes and you wait for 20. This time they pulled the worst. They had me sit in the pedi chair for 10 minutes and when the girl getting a manicure went to wash her hands she started water. Then I wait more. She bounces back and forth and it took forever. I took my daughter to have our patties done before we made a trip together they dug so deep on my toenails that it was painful they used the greater on the side of my foot until the actually greeted off my skin and two weeks later I still have a sore and can hardly stand on it my daughter's toes were sore also for a week we asked for a regular manicure and before we knew it they were putting gel on when we had told him earlier that jail ruins our nails and we didn't want jail but they put it on and they charged us for it I would never go back to this place again read more

I'd give less starts if available. Got an appointment for a dip polish change. They moved my friend and I to different tables 3 times. When my nail tech (possibly the owner) finally arrived at the store she was taking medication, putting cough drops in her mouth, and going back and forth between another customer (I grabbed my mask ASAP. There was NO plexi glass between she and I, and she proceeded to cough like CRAZY (at least had a thin paper mask almost covering her nose). In COVID times (though thankfully I am vaccinated), this is totally unacceptable. The whole store was filthy, the nails my tech took off of the other customer just sat on the table next to me for the whole hour. The icing on the cake is that she charged me $10 more than my companion and told me it was because she gave me a manicure (which I didn't need), which is a JOKE, because she just used the dremel to clean up my cuticle for about 2 seconds. Worst manicure I have ever had, left with polish all over my fingers and nails were completely misshapen. Needless to say, I would avoid this place at all costs! The girl at station #6 has the WORST attitude and was very rude to me while doing my nails!! I had an appointment and she literally threw a fit when she was asked to come from the back and do my nails! She kept asking the other ladies to do them. If she doesn't want to work she should quit her job! Getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience not an uncomfortable experience, she was talking about me to her co-workers several times through-out my appointment. We as customers should be able to choose the type of nails and colors we want without being talked about!! I was also quoted a price over the phone when I made my appointment and she charged me more than I was quoted. This is actually the 3rd time they have charged me more than they originally said. After she started doing my nails I figured out she was sick... with the way the world is today with COVID if she was sick she should of stayed home!!!! Have been here multiple times, subpar service and pricey too. Went here to get a pedicure. I told the lady who was sat doing my nails that I would like the classic $30 pedicure and she still gave me shellac then went to pay and asked why it was so expensive and then she proceeded to write 30+15 on paper like I was an idiot. Her coworker joined in an said shellac $15. Also, the lady who did my nails thought it was appropriate to plug in her own tip before I swiped my card. Terrible service. read more

Visited today, was having a bad day thought I would get my nails done to cheer me up. The lady was extremely rude to me she was sat at station one. She rushed me to pick a color then grabbed the nail options from me and took them away. She then proceeded to do my nails. After I asked very politely if I could see the examples again because I think I'm going to choose a different color. She rolled her eyes and said get up and get them your self they are behind you. I did and noticed the regular polish and saw a color I liked she then told me I can't have regular polish because she doesn't have time to fix it if I mess it up... I was confused and asked why because I didn't want gel she then threw the nail examples down rolled her eyes and said fine whatever pick one!!
