When i walked in, I wanted the regular set with regular polish, which was listed as $45 on their menu. The lady at the front told me to pick out my gel color- I told her that I didn't want gel. She said they only had gel or dip for the full set and both were $60. You cannot get the full set with regular polish for $45 as it is listed- so some false advertising, but okay- I will get the gel. The nail service was terrible. Paint was done poorly and a good amount was left on my fingers. But the worst part was that I was cut several times and now my fingers along the cuticle are swollen. Something that was applied to the cuticles burned horrendously. If you look through the pictures, you can see cuts, blood and swelling. The first two pictures are from two days after the service and the next three are from an hour after. Honestly, I'm just now hoping I don't get any infections.

I've lived with this my whole life -- honesty doesn't hurt me. What does hurt is being talked about like I'm not standing right there. They made me feel small and embarrassed. They clearly didn't think I understood them, but I understood every word, and none of it was appropriate or kind. I left the salon in tears. On top of the disrespect, they also overcharged me. Both visits were the same service -- a rebase on one hand, because the other doesn't need it. The first time, it was $45. Today, suddenly it was $65. So not only was I disrespected and stared at like I was some kind of spectacle, I was also charged a completely different price for the exact same service. If you have any kind of disability, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This salon clearly doesn't know how to treat people with dignity. I really wanted this place to be good. A month ago, my daughter and I came in for pedicures. Mine was below average, while hers turned out okay, so I thought maybe I'd just had bad luck. We went back today, and unfortunately, that was my last visit. The technician was using nail polish that had clearly dried out. Instead of opening a fresh bottle, she repeatedly tried thinning it with acetone while applying it to my nails. The polish went on streaky and uneven, and it was obvious it wasn't working. When I pointed it out, she became irritated and insisted a clear top coat would fix it. It didn't. What bothered me most wasn't that this an honest mistake. It was that they knew the polish was bad. They kept discussing it and continued trying to make an unusable bottle work rather than simply replacing it. That felt like cutting corners at the customer's expense. Then I needed on extension because one of my nails broke she charged me 10$ for one extension. In total I ended up paying 55$. The French tips aren't rounded evenly, and the white doesn't even reach each side of the nail. I was pretty unsatisfied with how they came out. I got better quality at a cheaper price at Sunset nails. Other than that it was pretty fast service no one else was there so i was able to walk in and go straight to a table.
