******Update, this issue has been resolved**********I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Mark for over ten years. Main Street recently sent a message stating that both of my children are due for their annual appointments and I needed to call to schedule them. When I called, I was informed that Dr. Mark does not have any availability until June. I was prepared to schedule an appointment with another doctor, but then I was told that I cannot change doctors without Dr. Mark's approval, even though other doctors have open availability. I am confused and frustrated by this policy. If Dr. Mark is unavailable to see my children, and other doctors are available, what is the issue? Why does one doctor have the power to determine who gets to see my daughter? read more

If you're looking for a pediatrician, I would try others in the area first. This place is okay, but it doesn't have a warm and fuzzy family feeling like many pediatrician offices do. It's very cold. I can tell our doctor doesn't remember us every time we come. Some people on the front desk staff are impolite and sometimes downright rude. They hired two new front desk ladies who are wonderful though. But even the front desk staff look miserable when they're working. It takes a long time for someone to answer the phone. The nurse that helps out our doctor has a pretty poor bedside manner and has messed up our child's blood pricks several times, causing him more pain than required. Our doctor is okay but she just types on her computer all of our answers to questions and doesn't give us much feedback other than 'you're doing great'. I don't want to say names because we still go there for now and they are okay at their jobs, but if I did it again, I would go elsewhere. We get an icky feeling every time we have to come here. Really Dr Bodner? Our twins have profound autism because of your negligence and not following vaccine protocol. The only reason you were not sued for malpractice is that we spent all of our time getting our boys treated and finding ways to give them a better quality of life. REALLY???? read more

Unfortunately, this practice has changed since their move to Towson. The front line staff is very rude and constantly seem bothered with even the smallest question. You are given conflicting information. Even with covid, they still wanted you to come in for the simplest thing. They now nickel and dime you for every form. It is a shame the front line staff has become so horrible,since Dr. Claybour is such an amazing doctor. read more

Someone please tell me how I can nominate Doctor Bodnar for some sort of "Best Doctor" award! (Totally serious. I would, if I knew how.) Not only does he genuinely care about each of his patients and their families, but he consistently goes way out of his way to offer support and answer questions. We have been blessed to have Dr. Mulaikal as our two daughters' pediatrician for the past 14 years. Our children have had complex medical and mental health concerns. She is patient, responsive, and has great follow through. At the same time, her diagnostic, clinical, and other medical skills always leave us knowing we are in good hands. She inquires about issues that many physicians would have long forgotten, and never makes me feel my requests or questions are trivial. Simply put: a very talented and caring physician. read more

Dr. Surrell is great with our child. He answers all of our questions and you can tell he likes children and what he does. He lessens my anxiety as a new parent and he is very knowledgeable. He explains things well.He seems culturally aware as well, which was important for us. The office is clean and beautiful. read more

Dr. Mulaikal has been my childrens' pediatrician for over 11 years. She is knowledgable, empathic and considerate as a doctor. When I lost my husband to a drunk driver, an added stress was when I realized the kids and I would not have health insurance the next week when the month ended. It was Dr. Mulaikal who contacted me directly and asked me what we needed. Her office helped me figure out health insurance options. Doctor Mulaikal was there to support the physical and mental health of my kids before, during this time and still now, 5 years later. Every visit with her is a well-rounded one where she not only addresses the illness that brought us in but how life in general is going. The doctors in this practice have meetings once a week to discuss changes made by the Board of Pediatrics and other current news applicable to the health of all kids. They take their jobs seriously and with a heart. read more

This pediatric practice is unremarkable and should be avoided if possible. One of their doctors refused to give our child a Strep test despite our request. She was dismissive to our knowledge of our own child. We took our son to an Urgent Care facility immediately afterward and he tested positive to Strep. This is unforgivable. read more

Dr. Bodnar has been our pediatrician for 15 years. He is wonderful. I wish I could have him as a doctor. He never rushes you or his diagnosis. He is warm and friendly. He talks to the children about their day and how they feel. My children do not mind going to the doctor it has never been an issue for us because of Dr. Bodnar and his office. I prefer doctor Bodnar but the other doctors are wonderful too. They all have that warm encouraging attitude. But Dr. Bodnar is rarely away from the office. He even contacts you on the phone if he needs to discuss something with you. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Bodnar. The front office has always been warm, friendly and understanding. Their voices are calm and comforting especially when you are a mom worried about your child this always helps. The billing department is also just as sweet. I really cannot think of any times that I was unhappy with the office. They moved so I don't have to complain about paying for parking. It is now free to park at the Towson office. YEAH!!!! That really was the only issue I have had with the office was the parking. read more

Dr. Bodnar has been a fabulous pediatrician! He always takes his time and we never feel like we are being rushed in or out of the office. I love his morning call time- he knows my children and always has the answer to my questions. Thankfully he is very thorough with his exams and listens to his patients- what I thought was just a little back pain in my daughter turned out to be kyphosis. We would not have known this if Dr. Bodnar hadn't truly listened to her and done some more thorough investigating. All of his office staff from front end to billing are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. We never have a problem getting an appointment and they are very quick with return calls to questions. All in all a fantastic pediatric practice! read more

The doctors are excellent, but the staff are rude and unaccommodating. The hostility of the staff makes the visit quiet unpleasant.
