Somehow it's messy in the best possible way and every bite just works. I fully expected to need a fork halfway through, but it was worth every glorious, barbecue-covered second. Not trying to be dramatic, but this might actually be the best burger I've had in my life. If you go here and don't order the Cowboy Burger, I respectfully question your decision-making skills.

I'm not a vegetarian, so I added chicken to it, and it was AMAZING. And actually fairly healthy, which was also great. The service was great; our waitress was very nice and made sure to fill our drinks often. One thing to note: it's pretty loud inside - it was fairly packed so that does make sense. But it was kind of hard to talk to each other. I'm not sure what they could do to improve this aspect, though. Overall great experience!! I was very impressed.
