This is the first time I've had something done to my natural nails that I have fallen in love with. If you haven't already looked them up on instagram, do it. They do amazing work. I'm extremely weary of having designs done on my nails because I fear someone messing it up, but after looking at their instagram I knew this was the place for me. I wanted this cute fall swirl look and I got exactly what I asked for. The workers were so nice as well! They sat and chatted with me and my friend. We had a great time and it was exactly what we needed after a long day at work. Bonus points, the hand massage at the end felt amazing! I will definitely become a regular here. I can't wait to try a bunch of the nails designs that I've been dreaming of here.

When I asked for a touch up his customer service was terrible and reflected on his ability to own up on his mistakes. He called it "solid" but it's clearly poor quality and he wanted to charge me another $80 to fix it when touch up's are supposed to be free. No practical solution was given to me and he was full of himself. When working with him he was rude, even after I tipped him. Don't recommend Zac at all especially for meaningful tattoos. I got something pretty small and straightforward forward yet my artist failed to put the "s" in…read morelowercase so now I have an uppercase S above a lowercase b. The tattoo healed horribly, the lines were clean when I left and within a couple of weeks the ink started bleeding out leaving hardly any gaps on the a and now it looks like a blob of black ink. I have had several tattoos since and every artist has told me that they went way too deep and looked like they were trying to cover up a mistake. Funny enough I asked for something a lot thinner than I got and will definitely be covering this up.

I visited the shop on 08/25/24. I walked in and was never once acknowledged, spoken to, greeted,…read morenothing. one artist was in his booth yelling at, what appeared to be, his dog on the phone to lay down or he was going to whoop it. one artist was on the couch reading a book, while the female was helping a gentleman with a piece for him. I sat less than 10 feet from the artist on the couch and never decided to help a customer. I quietly left 40 minutes later with still no acknowledgement from any of the staff. I went to another shop in powdersville where I'm scheduled to do a complete forearm piece on my left arm which will range , most likely when completed, around $800 to $900 one star because I had to add one to do review
