Well, the type of cancer she had came back with vengeance and there was nothing that could be done. February 3rd my precious hound had to be put to sleep forever...this broke my heart and it's still broken. I want to say Dr Dunham and his staff made the process peaceful and calm. I can't say enough how I appreciate it. Dr Dunham was with us the whole time and continued explaining things, and helping us through conversation. Upon receiving his remains and items- his nose print was not given as promised (and paid for). I didn't care to call and further the issue due to previous treatment from staff. They made an already horrible experience- worse and certainly played into the stereotype of veterinary staff being judgmental, cold and harsh. A large portion of pet owners are not trained vet. medical professionals, what may be common knowledge to staff is not for all. The undertone I was met with was apparent. This kind of treatment & experience can deter people from wanting to seek out treatment & education on & for their fur babies. To reiterate- the Dr and nurses were fantastic. But based on other supportive staff- I strongly do not recommend seeking treatment at this facility.

Regardless, the associate I talked to was more than happy to send me my records but didn't offer to right what was wrong. I've already lost one cat working with this vet and their lack of care for my dog has proven I need to go somewhere else. Last complaint, they cost a fortune and are more than happy to refer you to an emergency vet than deal with the problem themselves.

Then, they invited me in (only one patient in the building at a time) and sat me 6 feet away from the examination table. Masks were required the entire time. Dr. Lab was great with my bunny and was very knowledgable; I felt comfortable that she knew what she was doing.
