Another Yogacrush…read more Namaste. Power class with Adrian was exactly what I needed. His adjustments, phenomenal! As I say I left feeling as if I visited my trainer, therapist, & masseuse all in one...! In realty I have only been to a masseuse twice and have never visited a trainer or therapist...yoga however makes me feel like I have. I leave everything on the mat in that room at that time. If your in Wichita and you need your yoga fix you have to try Siva! The studio is located in an older building so they kept the structure very organic..exposed ceiling beams and brick wall. I loved the layout of the studio, long and rectangular so all the yogis were sided by side facing Adrian. I am sure they could have fit two rows if they needed but it was nice not to have any distractions in front of me! The best part is they have late classes which I needed. 7PM or 830PM are either Candelight or Power classes which is exactly what I crave. Next time I am in Wichita I will be visiting Siva again.

Traci's instruction was top-notch; her guidance through the flow was seamless, and her feedback and corrections were incredibly helpful. Plus, the 80s playlist added an extra burst of energy to the session. She offered challenges, I never knew I could hold a headstand for 52 seconds! The class wasn't too hard or easy definitely felt a range of levels could take the Yoga Vinyasa class. Be weary that the Yoga Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa are two different classes!! When I visit again, I will definitely be back! The teacher was inviting and energetic the entire class and gave corrections, which was helpful. The entire studio space is dedicated to Yoga and supporting your practice. You mostly find this kind of high end facility in big cities, so we are very lucky to have this space available without having to travel away from home.
