You've been sadly supporting the wrong shop. This company goes above and beyond the expectation of service that should be given to a client. They make you feel like family here and show you that it's just not about selling you the best gear. No, the value of what your contribution is to a culture that has been evolving since the 1800's. I am now a proud owner not only to the gear that I buy, but to the business that I make with such a humble entrepreneur. There's no "CSP". You can hold the camera in your hand, try out lenses in-store, etc. If money were no object, I'd spend much more at Galaxy.

The staff is helpful without being all over you. And the shop is humongous! I would say that this place is just about as good as the Apple store is. To me the only differences are that this place is (as huge as it is) still smaller than the Apple store, and not as well lit. Maybe a bit less staff at the Sony store.
