We called the shop to explain what happened and asked them to look at it, but instead of trying to address the concern, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. What made the experience even worse was the way we were spoken to. The communication was rude and condescending rather than professional or customer-focused. Mistakes and delays happen, but good customer service means communicating with customers and taking their concerns seriously, especially when a bike comes back with a problem it didn't have before. This is one of those spots that I'd passed a bunch of times but never went in. I finally decided to stop by and check it out... wtf, I can't believe I waited this long! They carry artist quality spray paint (at super reasonable prices) and offer great customer service. I don't know a ton about spray paint but use it for crafty purposes pretty regularly, the owner was so patient and helpful when explaining stuff to me, I learned so much! I found out that they participate in the NELA art walk and that they are starting to offer aerosol classes! They also sell skateboard stuff and T-shirts as well as design there own urban brand of goods. I'm so glad I made this discovery! read more
