I got lucky they had availability (i recommend calling more than 3 days in advance unlike my dumb self!). The team showed up on time, however i wouldve been fine with them showing up late as long as they did the same quality job! Anyways, i had them do the move out clean with inside the cabinets, fridge, stove, windows & base boards & they did an amazing, detailed job! i left soon after they got started & came back about 6 hours later to the wonderful smell of fabuloso & a very clean home. I am truly happy with the service!

I was very explicit as to what I was looking for and was assured the tasks would be completed. When I arrived home the first thing I noticed was the cushions on the sofa were not touched, visually my house did not look clean. I then proceed to check the baseboards and window seals finding dust on baseboard ceiling fans and high window ledges. There was hair that does not belong to me or anyone in my family on the floor, soap scum left in both bathrooms, and food on the back splash in the kitchen. I instantly reached to the company explaining my dissatisfaction and emailing them phots. They responded with a $25.00 refund but not even 25% of the cleaning services I was promised was completed. I do not recommend this company because of quality of work and lack of respect for clients.

I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff.
