I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff. He was able to suggest hardy drought resistant plants that would not only serve as a property boundary, but also give us a break from watering so often. In addition, we wanted plants that would help pollinator populations by providing sustenance with flowers. Eli and his crew spent 3 days clearing out the planter beds, applying fertilizer, planting beautiful desert plants, laying down weed barriers, and applying a stone layer topped with boulders between plants. Cacti, Agave, Ocotillo and succulents. They performed amazing work resulting in a beautiful yard. The cost was quite reasonable. If you need professional work with awesome results, Millan Landscaping comes with our highest recommendation. There are 2 more projects planned for later this year and next Spring. Millan Landscaping is the only company who will be called.
