I love this store!! Each time I have been in, the store has always been clean, well-organized, and the staff/ owner have been so kind. I always come here to buy JellyCats as I love to give them as gifts or collect them myself. Each time I come in it feels like they have a brand new selection. This store constantly updates and rotates its inventory. There truly is something here for everyone. Also, this store is in a great location! There are many things to do in the area. I also really appreciate how spot-on the pricing is here. Even the more expensive items are NOT more expensive than they would be if you ordered online. I recently called about season JellyCat toys and the lady on the phone took down my name and number and promised to call when they arrived. A+ customer service! I saw they were selling Nuna Rava (Ocean) at a discounted price. I went to the website, and was bombarded with the "sign up For emails and texts for 10% off" . I do this and no code came. I emailed the company, customer service was nice and helpful, said they weren't sure why it happened and provided me the code. I placed my order 10/18. I waited and waited for shipping/tracking details. And nothing came. By 10/25 I called them to check in. And customer service came back to inform me they will be cancelling my order, because they got more orders than they anticipated and won't be able to fill it. But why did I have to call to get that information. She said they were notified 2 days ago. It's obviously a product I need. My son is almost out of the infant car seat. I expressed how disappointed I was with the way the situation was handled. She didn't even offer anything. Like a future discount. Bad business if you ask me. I really enjoyed walking into this store yesterday and browsing the shelves. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer but I had a pretty fussy baby and had to cut my time short. First of all I must say it's a great selection of items for sale here. There are tons of things you can find in this store that you can't find at Babies R Us or Buy Buy Baby. In fact, if you are a big fan of Shark Tank you can find a lot of those items in here and that made me super giddy!! However, there are a lot of items in here that are pretty pricey and just don't fit into my budget sadly. The ladies that worked here were super helpful and nice and I thank them for that. This is such a cute little store for all baby related items. Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it and quality of the products are great. They have what you'll need for all stages of your baby. Clothes, blankets, toys, feeding, strollers, car seats, etc. They have so many cute things and items that you won't see in department stores or in the regular baby stores. Which is great, cause i know that every one buys the same thing and sees the same thing so this was a nice alternative. Staff here is super friendly and helpful! Don't buy online! Products were available online that were actually out of stock. They didn't tell me two of my three items were out of stock after I ordered them, they instead sent one correct and one completely random item. They only refunded me for one item until I emailed asking for a refund. The one correct item I received was also in bad shape. read more

I didn't catch the name of the woman helping me, but she was great. She listened and made a few recommendations, then helped me try on a few different styles. I was really excited to visit this store!!! The place itself is lovely and they carry a lot of the items and brands I buy for my daughter so that was great! However, the girl working in the store wasnt the friendliest. I was asking her questions and she didn't seem very interested and wasnt very attentive. I was a little surprised about this too after reading all of the great reviews. This store is great, but I think they need to hire some new employees who actually seem into their job. read more
