All the items were waiting at our resort as promised, and communication with the company was good. However, the quality and cleanliness of the items was sorely lacking. The pack 'n play was stained. The extra mattress pictured on the website was a normal, mini-crib mattress that promised to be a perfect fit; the one we received was a trifold piece of very soft, dirty foam. It was not sanitary, did not fit perfectly, and was much too soft to be safe for a young baby to sleep on. The jogging stroller buckles had visible grime on them; the cupholders on the stroller had used, moldy napkins in them. The high chair and toys were also dirty. We cleaned the stroller as best we could and used it. We didn't use anything else from our order and thankfully were able to get a safe crib from our resort. I would not trust this company again.

It supports the mission in Orlando associated with it by selling (reasonably priced) donations made to the store. Much better thean what seems like corporate greed at other 'thrift' stores! They give back to the community they are in, and it needs it so KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Stock changed regularly so come back often and make sure to donate any unwanted goods here! It feels good to do good and know where your donation is going.

We had actually arrived about 15 minutes prior to opening time but was able to hang out in the cool lobby while the workers finished their opening protocols. Standard admission is currently $10 and the building has 4 floors, with displays on floors 2-4. The main floor has a small gift shop. It was recommended that we start on floor 4 and work our way down. There was a mix of very interesting displays on Florida history including ranches, orange groves, the native people including some early interactions with those that escaped slavery, black history, a court room. Disney and NASA. There was even a tribute to Florida's 150th birthday. Quite the selection of history snippets for the limited space. It was an ok way to spend $10 and about 1.5 hours of time in Downtown Orlando. Worth visiting at least once.

The confirmed and said nothing to worry about. they tell me they would arrive between 8-10am then get texted at 10pm the night before saying 12-2pm. 2pm no call no show, 2:20 the driver calls telling me 30-40min. I again to make sure the information and what type of truck and lift gate needed. Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. He tired to call his manager who could be heard over the phone bothered that we was called. Worst of all refused to speak with us or rectify the situation. Said we can wait till Monday to speak with the estimate rep. 1st class moving failed and Could not deliver. Cost my business time and money.
