While visiting Rome we booked our stay here. Having never been to Rome before we didn't have a point of reference for where to stay, but we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of so many attractions. Once we arrived, we enjoyed how quick the walk was to places like The Coliseum, The Pantheon, Piazza Novana, Trevi Fountain, etc.
Checking in was very quick and easy and the young lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The young man working there was also very helpful and friendly. He assisted us in bringing our luggage up to the level where our room was. Additionally, he assisted us with checking out and getting our luggage outside. When we checked out there was some sort of public transportation strike and we couldn't find a cab to hail. We also couldn't use Uber, as those were not replying to our requests via the app. So, he walked us up the taxi stand to look for a cab, when we noticed there were none and there was a long line of people waiting, we took the metro. He assisted us with getting down into the station and with buying the ticket too. Their service here goes above and beyond! Even the lady working the breakfast buffet was very helpful. She made our coffee and fresh-squeezed orange juice, as well as answered questions and helped with anything else.
The property is interesting as it's very modern, yet it's set in a very old building. The room we got was tiny, but had all the amenities you would need, as well as a hot tub, bidet, large TV, etc. The bed was firm and nicely comfy too. Everything in the room was operational and new.
Breakfast was included and it was pretty nice. It featured locally made items and baked goods.
Definitely would recommend a stay here when visiting the area! read more
