It was as if my facialist waited until I was in the most compromised position to spew all the upgrades and additional treatments. Especially if you're going to try to sell me on something like laser treatments I definitely would prefer to have some literature on that beforehand. I hated having to make decisions with my eyes shut while someone was touching my face. It just felt wrong. Not to mention the furthest thing from relaxing. When I initially asked the receptionist to book a facial, the receptionist said the aesthetician would contact me directly. After a full week with no response, I drove in personally -- only to be told my message would be passed along again. Another week passed. Still nothing. It took a third visit, where I finally met with the manager and the aesthetician, Kay, in person, before I was able to get an appointment on the books. Three trips over several weeks just to schedule a service. After all of that, my 11:00 AM appointment was canceled by phone at 10:42 AM -- eighteen minutes' notice. That kind of last-minute cancellation is frustrating for anyone, but after the effort it took to get that appointment scheduled, it felt genuinely disrespectful of my time. The consistent breakdown in communication and follow-through made it clear that this location does not prioritize its clients' time or experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve how they handle booking and client communication. Others deserve better than this.
