We are currently set up to complete the siding installation on entire homes at this time. We would recommend for you to contact another local contractor to handle this request. Very rude tone and seemed to have an attitude that he just didn't give a crap about a small job. Other door companies were more than willing to take the work. I lost quarter of my garage ceiling to water damage. Thomas brought all the excuses in the book to not take responsibility and actually want to charge me extra to fix flashing. I am not sure how much faulty flashing is still in the roof system. After 14000$ spent I am with a leaky roof. Stay away as they are very unprofessional and rude. I can't say enough regarding mistreatments, sloppy job with no warranty and bad deceptive attitude.

From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. They do a nice job, but obviously don't care once the work is complete. If this is how they treat a return customer I can't recommend this company.

When we finally bought a house, I scheduled an inspection with Vitale with an appointment needed within a week. They usually do inspections at 9 am or 1pm. I received reminders of the inspection prior to the date. On the day of inspection (a Saturday), Jake arrived and inspected the home thoroughly. He was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to communicate with. We asked him a lot of questions too. And Zack who inspected the chimney (Level II chimney inspection add-on) was just as fantastic. After the inspection, we received our reports in the time promised and when we had follow up questions a few times on the report, someone was always available to answer when we called and tried to answer our questions and offered to pass along any questions to the inspectors for further help. We sent our parents a copy of the report and they remarked that it was the most thorough report they've ever seen. Highly recommend!

Said could not find switch for bathroom fan, look on wall, wrong, said both bathroom fans may be vented inside of house, look on front porch and you will hear vent come on a feel air, wrong. Then put in report bushes need trimming! Seriously! Who ever this was should be fired as you have no clue how to do your job. Oh there's more but I'm done.
