For all the pomp and ceremony and the attempt to wow with technology- an abysmal fail! Staff don't know how to operate it and if tech is just for show and not actual improvement in service, that seems pointless. Follow ups are a nightmare and the Dr himself - talk about a lack of bedside manner or even an interest in his patients. We transferred from another Danville orthodontist a few years ago as we we're looking for a better fit for our family and our kids could not be more thrilled. They love how Dr Majeroni listens and problem solves per each of their individual needs. Over the past two plus years, we've had a variety of treatments for our three kids including retainers / appliances, braces, Invisalign (and more) - and with great progress / results. Despite any challenges my kids have thrown his way, he continues to have a no pressure approach with them and they always feel heard. Asked for all money up front and then didn't finish my treatment plan. I moved and DR. Majeroni did little to try and help me find another dentist...after requiring all my money up front. He also spent little time actually checking me while I was under his care. The office appointments were very brief, and he sometimes tried to jerry-rig my Invisalign instead of getting a new one when a tooth did not move as he wanted it to. I ended up having a tooth that died where he was doing his modification of the aligner. read more

Saved me time and money. Needed a quick cosmetic piece put in that I was holding off on getting done because everyone else was giving me the run around: charging me for a consultation , saying I needed X - rays and multiple visits and trying to sell me invisalign. I scheduled an appointment here and was even wary about going as I just assumed it would be more of the same. I showed up at 10:15 am and left at 10:30 am with the original bonded retainer that fell out of my teeth a few years back. It was crazy. I literally got this done faster and with less of a headache than getting lunch. No upselling , no run around just bada bing , bada boom. The Staff was friendly to boot , they could have verbally accosted me and still got a 5 star review with how efficient and upfront they were, but an added benefit I will take. Dr. Majeroni and his AMAZING staff are BY FAR the best orthodontists. Period. I have three kids, and all of them have their own treatment plans. Dr. Majeroni is the best. Only one of my kids needed two rounds of braces and he always sends all the kids' x-rays to our dentist, so they don't have to do them, too. My daughter just finished treatment, after 18 months in braces, and her teeth look PERFECT. Really. My third will begin treatments this summer. Within 30 seconds of looking in my sons mouth Dr. Majeroni noticed that my son was tounge tied. My son has seen numerous pediatricians, dentists and orthodontist over the years and NO ONE ever noticed or told us. He will definitely need surgery to fix. Dr Majeroni is the best! First of all, everything about his office and office staff is just so happy and magical. Its a place that you feel good visiting and don't you wish every business you visited felt that way? But equally (okay or even more) important is that he is a talented orthodontist. My daughter started with an interceptive treatment to widen her upper teeth in 2nd grade. It was seamless and the treatment was completed on time in about a year. Once that was done, she wore a retainer and we waited for her adult teeth to come in. After her adult teeth were in, she had braces put on last year. In one year, her braces came off and her teeth and smile are absolutely beautiful. When my daughter was nervous about getting the braces put on, Dr. Majeroni explained everything, showed her exactly what was going to happen and talked her through it. He also always asked her opinion when applicable and just has such a lovely bedside manner.
