I would 10/10 recommend the office. They are patient, professional and knowledgeable. The relationship with your orthodontist matters. Since you'll see them quite frequently. Ex every other month. I hope to continue this relationship for many years to come, since post braces the kids will need retainers and checkups as their adult teeth continue to grow in. Dr Rose has a calm demeanor and is always available for "emergency" questions. Before coming here, I met with a couple of other drs, which you should. That way you'll appreciate the difference. Dr Rose gave us a good picture of what the process will look like; educating us without rushing. I have a kid on the spectrum so I really needed time to think through. She is someone who is warm, conservative yet proactive in her approach. We have been with them for a few months and we have a year or more to go. Both of my children bonded with her and chose Dr. Rose after we visited/interviewed a few orthodontists. She's a huge expert in her field, a perfectionist in the best way possible and likely one of the nicest people I've met. She's extremely dedicated to her patients and we all feel it. My kids all have beautiful smiles thanks to Dr Rose! Dr Rose is extremely thorough and is very detailed on what she is doing and what you should expect. Out of the 3 orthodontists we initially met with, she won my eldest's approval. I was relieved when my daughter asked that we go with Dr Rose because she also made me feel most comfortable. The other orthodontists pretty much told me that their specific treatment (all different mind you) had to be done asap---making me nervous. Dr Rose gave us 3 different treatment options (along with what she recommended) so that we could decide what was most comfortable for my family. I loved that she showed us what would be accomplished after the treatment. I'm happy to say my daughter has a BEAUTIFUL smile. Obviously when it was my younger son's turn to get braces, we continued with Dr Rose. Dr. Rose and Rachel genuinely care about their patients.
