Amazing experience! I had a fixed retainer that lost some part of glue which exposed the tip of wire. and it was destroying my tongue that made me suffer so much pain. I know most orthodontists don't welcome patients treated from other orthodontists. since I had it done far away, and I recently moved to Concord, I didn't have many options. I called Dr Lee to see if I can get help about this. and He happily brought me in for help with no any hesitation! I could quickly get away from this pain by his generous help. The service was good, however, they charge as much money as they possibly can. I don't happen to be rich and they aren't shy about maximum charging. They also did not tell me that they weren't recognized by my insurance. They knew that the first time I went there, but they "forgot" to tell me because they knew that I would go somewhere else. I searched online for an emergency orthodontist, and Dr. Lee's team was the only practice to respond--at 11 PM on a Friday via text, no less--and they worked with my Saturday morning schedule. Within 24 hours of texting the number on his website, Dr. Lee himself was able to provide me all details regarding braces treatment and relieved any (and EVERY - I had a lot) questions I asked. He even called me to make sure I understood the procedure and didn't rush me into considering anything. Fast forward: It has already been 4 months and my teeth are already moving so quickly! Also, the office is also extremely clean and well kept. Temperature is taken through an automatic kiosk in the front and you're asked if you have any symptoms before continuing. My daughter had a wire sticking out from her braces that she has from a different orthodontist. It was really bothering her, and she leaves tomorrow for a wilderness camp in Alaska for 3 weeks. It's a Saturday and our orthodontist's office is closed and a message left on the emergency line was never answered. I called so many different orthodontist offices that were open on Saturday and none of them would see us. When I called Dr Lee's office the woman who answered the phone was so friendly, she put me on hold and asked Dr Lee who said he could see us. We were brought back quickly and her wire was cut and she feels so much better. She will be comfortable now for her trip, and I am so grateful for this office. If I could start over with them here I would, I was so impressed with their service over what we have been getting with our primary orthodontist. Very clean and surprisingly stylish office. Have had both a too hard retainer and bottom permanent/bonded retainer for years since I was a kid but needed to get a new retainer after my bonded one broke off. I opted instead for a clear retainer which is similar to Invisalign. Since I don't have orthodontic coverage I was worried it would cost a lot but it was only a couple hundred. Dr. Lee is an orthodontic hero. Our daughter was in severe pain from a hertz appliance from another Dr., Image Orthodontics in Pleasant Hill. Dr. Lee kindly saw her on a holiday weekend and removed the device even though she was not his patient. It was a 3 day weekend and I called Image for help to make sure the device was in properly because my daughter's pain was excruciating. It was Friday morning. I left 5 messages and sent two emails. They wouldn't call me back until I threatened to file a complaint with the Dental Board and they wouldn't see her until the office opened on Monday. Dr. Lee saw her Saturday morning and very gently removed the device. She is now a happy patient of Dr. Lee's. read more

His office and staff are very well trained and equipped with the appropriate response to keep everyone safe and healthy. David Lee himself answered the phone and took his time to answer all my questions and booked an appointment for me the next day! As soon as I walked into the office I felt welcomed. David Lee and everyone working there greeted my daughter and I as if we had been there multiple times. The process was so easy I thought I was going to be there for hours and it only took less than an hour for the whole process. I removed my braces back in High School and was in need of an experienced Orthodontist quick! My friend referred me to Dr. Lee and I am so happy with the results. My pups destroyed my retainers and needed replacements fast. He was able to see me on short notice and completed the molds for the retainers the same day! Dr. Lee is GREAT because he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I mentioned a concern I had regarding one of my anteriors shifting, he suggested adding an "activation spring" to move the tooth forward a little. I thought that was pure ingenuity! GOOOOOLDDDDD.
