It is now close to 1PM and the installers are not here. I understand that an accurate time is not possible since installers drive from location to location however I do expect the office to keep me updated if there is going to be a significant delay. I called the office around 1PM asking what the status is of the installer's arrival because I was told that they would be here between the hours of opening and 12PM. The manager or owner tried to deny this and say that they do not give any window time of arrival, which is a complete lie. The manager said he would call me back to let me know what the status was....I never heard from him. His installers ended up getting to our home around 2hrs later. I find this company's lack of customer service unacceptable and I definitely will not be using them again or referring them at all. Remember, your customers are what keeps your business going. To not call a customer when employees are running very late is unacceptable. To not call me back after I have called to check up on the status is unacceptable. Saving a few bucks is always great when possible, however my time is much more valuable. You definitely will not be getting our business again. I am certain their are other competitors of yours that see their custmers than more than just $$ signs.
