When I need to do king size comforters, this is where I do them. I find the building and machines to be clean, well maintained and up to date. The attendants are always pleasant, polite and helpful. They have a great folding area and the dryers don't take an hour to dry the blankets. The prices have always been reasonable and if I had to do weekly family laundry, this is where I'd come. It's in a nice area of town and they don't allow bums and transients to stay inside the building. A problem I've had with previous laundromats I've used. I had a load of small lap blankets that ran 4 times and were still very damp. I asked the female manager about it- she lectured me on how to dry clothes and recommended I split the load into two dryers. So I did, figuring it was my fault. She added 3 more rounds for each half load and disappointingly they were still damp; some even still wet. Total of 7 runs to end with a damp load. Similar issue with a small load of pillow cases and table clothes. I gave up after 4 runs in the dryer. The dry was inconsistent at best. The picture of the folded stack of clothes were split into 2 driers. Top 2 pillow cases are the same set- 1 is still very wet after 4 runs. Didn't appreciate being lectured to deflect responsibility of the poor dyer quality. Never again.

The owner caught me before I could do any damage. He told me that people try to forcibly close the doors like that all the time. He then went on to show me the correct way to open, close, and secure the it. So simple! I felt like a dummy, but he was extremely nice and forgiving. I'll be back!!
