Majestic Electric came over and installed three ceiling lights and ran electrical in my condo where our daughter lives. They did a wonderful job and we could not be happier about it! One downside was the unexplainable method of collection of payment. I agreed that I would pay the bill that same day once the work was done but my daughter and I were peppered with multiple emails requesting payment literally minutes after receiving the invoice. I had planned to get off of work first, get home and then I would pay them online, which I did. I came away with a sour taste in my mouth because it seems they do not trust their customers. Wow, what a great feeling when you find someone who does great work on the important things in your home! We asked Eric from Majestic for a quote, prior to the work and the price was exactly as quoted. They moved our furniture and put it back exactly, cleaned up everything after having to cut drywall and move insulation. What they installed will last 30 years and will lower our electric bill! Eric did a fantastic job installing our new fuse box BUT left the two long copper grounding wires stretched for about 20ft along the side of the house exposed. He said he would come back to bury them after the county inspected the work but he didn't. Majestic electric won't return phone calls either. Only emails. It was this way from the very start which is very bad business. I repeatedly asked them to call me back when I had questions and they never ever did. Only email. Not sure what that's about. Strange thing is I told them I had additional projects for them for a lot of money and they could care less! I wish I was in the position to turn down work! My last contact with them I asked them, for the 3rd time, when they'd be coming out to bury the copper grounding wires which was weeks after they said they would, and I got a snotty email back from them saying they were on vacation and it wasn't important and they could schedule something maybe in 2 months! I said I'd do it myself with my bad back and there was no response from them to this day. If I could just deal with Eric and he'd respond to my calls for more work I'd consider working with him again. Only him. Whoever he employed to deal with his customers should be fired. Will not call on them for my electric repair needs again. There are plenty of other electricians out there that would return my call and can use the work! read more

Eric came to our house to get things into shape before we put it up for sale. He gave me options with prices... no pressure. Fixed 4 different things while here. Then, he explained to me that a light in our entry was flickering because the dimmer and CFL bulbs aren't compatible. Didn't even charge us to look at it.
