And I was rushing. Maybe I should have come at a time that I did not have to rush. But there was only one other person shopping while I was inside the store. And it's reasonable to expect the people working in the store to know where the items can be located and direct a new customer to them without complaining and talking crap to each other about the customer not knowing where to find products.
