This company was hired to complete restoration of my home in February 2024 and this has been the…read moremost incorrigible company I've ever worked with. They had Project Manager that was only on site once a week. the majority of the time he would call me to fi out if the workers showed u. The workers were in my refrigerator to place their lunch, drink my water etc. one of the contractors got upset that they had to redo work and didn't show for 3 days with no communication. The project manager did nothing. In April he reported to me that the work was 90% completed and I requested a walk through to show I completed items. I signed the COS as he requested and listed the outstanding items on the form. They sent the repair guy the next week and he could not fix the faucet and he left. I called the PM and he advised that I would have to be responsible to have someone remove the faucet and he would have the items done once they were paid. When I refused he advised me they were placing a lien on my home. We are still dealing with this issue and I am receiving call requesting payment without any resolution. Once I informed my insurance company I received a call requesting for the company to come out to review my project. I would make sure you have a copy of your contact outlining all the requirement to ensure you are on point. I would not suggest using this company unless you are ready from drama.
