Both during the install process and afterwards. The 3 installers (Jake, Jonah and Chad) did an awesome job installing! They prepared the area so as not to have dust and debris extend beyond the kitchen area. After installation was complete, the area inside the new windows was steeped and vacuumed. I was shown how the windows operate and the film on the windows was removed and the windows were carefully cleaned. All the old window material was hauled away. Great job!

That's how we found ourselves at Tuthill Lighting on a rainy Saturday afternoon in search of a sconce for our house renovation. Lights hadn't been on the agenda that day, but boy are we glad we decided to stop into Tuthill and see what we could find. When you walk in (to the oldest operating business on Monroe!), you're surrounded by light. Sconces dot the walls and larger fixtures descend from the ceiling. With all those choices, you would think that you'd get overwhelmed right away, but we didn't. Somehow, we found exactly what we wanted right away. Bruce, the owner, helped us out and put together a wishlist for us so we could keep track of what we liked and emailed it to us when we were done. I can't say enough nice things about the customer service. Talk about making the customer want to buy something from you! I don't think it's a spoiler to say that we went back to the store and bought our sconce. Bruce arranged for it to be delivered to our house and since our contractor was here, he installed it right away and it looks amazing. Bryan was easy to work with over the phone and even accommodated us when we needed to reschedule due to a family situation. Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal. So worth it and I feel like I might be ahead of schedule on my spring cleaning! We have a couple more rooms to do and we will schedule with them for sure!
