It was founded in 1946 by Sam Sniderman. I met Sam, his son, many times when I went in there to pick up things when I was in the real estate business. From plumbing , heating, electrical supplies, equipment rentals, lawn and garden needs, windows, screens, pet supplies, keys made, Sam had a bit of everything. Today I need some fish eye screws for 1 of my cameras. For old time sakes I went over to Sniderman's and picked some up. Not much has changed, the aisles were always cluttered, customers in the old days could walk down them and look for what they wanted. They have a rope crossing the entrance now. The salespeople get things for you. No more lawn mowers, rollers, or wheel barrows on the sidewalk. But they still have a lot of things you may need.

Aspenleiter was recommended by a friend, and I had a great experience. I walked in having done research on Sebo vacuums and mostly knowing what I wanted. The salesperson (name I am currently forgetting) was very helpful, let me "test drive" multiple models, and was knowledgeable about different features. Prices were also lower than on the Sebo website! I'm very glad I purchased from here. I will definitely return for service and sales.

He treated my husband as if he did not want to help him at all! My husband asked him if he had any Kubota ATV's and very rudely the man said NO WE DO NOT and my husband then told him that another salesman had called and you guys told him you had 2 available. And the rude salesman said WELL THEY TOLD YOU WRONG! And my husband said do you know of any other dealerships that might have one and the man wrote a name on a piece of paper and my husband looked at the paper and asked the salesman if he had the address and the salesman said NO YOU CAN LOOK IT UP!!!! Really, is this the was you do business!! This salesman should be fired!! How can you treat customers this way!!!

Definitely worth checking out, but I'd give them a quick call first to confirm when it's happening. They also have a punch card program, and I grabbed a knife bag for $5 that's totally worth it. All in all, it's a solid neighborhood hardware store-with friendly staff, fair prices, and plenty of parking in the strip mall area.
