I went on the Monday after Easter at 11:30 am and was charged 71 for a family of 4 to bowl for one hour. Holiday pay on a Monday morning after the holiday is over is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not surprised the place was empty. There is no where on their website that says the Monday after Easter is a holiday. I walked in the snack bar twice and there was no one working in there. I had to find a staff member just to be told they don't have pizza dough. I would have saved money, gotten better service and food if I just took my family to Round 1 at the mall I definitely won't be returning. It's a rip off. Very good location .. very close to Woodbridge / Edison .. a good timepass for kids and adults .. gets crowded and be sure not get caught during peak hours . Parking outside is ok . Lots of parking spots . It seems slightly off the road and remote.. service could be a little faster . It takes sometime to set the lanes up.. wish there was an online website to do most of the things online . We got 2 lanes .. they said max 4 per lane . Bumpers worked well. Choice of various weighted bowling balls were limited . We went to other lanes to pick 8 poind , 10 pound bowling balls but they weren't there . Food was really good and not that expensive .s lovedddddd the potato fries and tstor tots.. really really good . Pizza was good too . Cooking time was quick and they really helped to serve a good lunch . There was also a bar selling beer and other stuff . 6$ for a beer wasn't that expensive .? Really good air conditioning in this triple digit day. Good air is good for the lanes, but even better for the bowlers. Though once you are in to it you will still feel like your hot. But good air helps many. The snack bar food is pretty good and not so expensive. They use to have the beat sweets but it is has changed and the sweets are definitely not what I would purchase. Every thing is made to order so you are guaranteed to get it hot and fresh off the burner. The staff is really good here and I haven't personally experienced anything shady with any of them. It's a fun experience when I come here. The league house shot is not the worse, but it's far from easy. The approaches are good 90% of the time I come here. An occasional tacky. But nothing bazaar. I came here on a Friday night to bowl with a friend and I had a fantastic time! We paid $45 for one hour and $6/per bowling shoes, which we thought was pretty reasonable because in one hour we played 3 full games and started the 4th game until time ran out. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, which were very good. I will certainly be back soon as I feel it was well worth the price, service was good and it wasn't too packed on a Friday night, which made it much more enjoyable. read more

This is insane and I rarely use apps to complain, me and my gang come with a group of 5 and we call and you can't leave reservations, people at the front telling me 9:15 then we come back 2 hours later and tell us 10 pm and that was just it, can't bowl because a bunch of people are randomly in this ally possibly leagues yet don't say that on their website or even over the phone they don't say anything, do not come here if your looking for a public bowling experience just go to bowlero near by or something, also they have some cool arcade games and there's a punching one, I played it once I come back to play it again and they turned it off, this place just doesn't seem like they accept the public at all couldn't even bowl, also expensive. read more

I bowl in a league here and it's always the highlight of my Mondays. The food is pretty good however I've only had a few things. Our team captain gets to the place early just to get the food before anyone else does. The front desk is nice, everyone I encounter is reasonable and easy to talk to. The lanes are always oiled nice for our games and out of all the lanes, two are faulty. They know this as the maintenance worker is always able to fix the issues within minutes and we havent been held up long yet. As a first year bowler this place is pretty inviting for the sport, and has a ton of arcade games and stuff for your kids to do for a couple bucks while you bowl. I've even had situations where the staff has let me pay them back later for practice games. Pretty cool place, as I practice every week or so. The hospitality is the same as in my league games, very welcoming. read more

1. The desk clerk was short and was not welcoming at all. 2. It was way too expensive for actual bowling. The price was 50.00 per lane per hr. It didn't even have cosmic bowling. The lanes weren't clean so old beer cans and cups were there from the previous party and the technology seemed very old. 3. The food: pizza was burnt, buffalo chicken was just drenched in hot sauce and the other chicken did not taste good. No blue cheese or anything came with it. 4. Something was wrong with the lane and we had to call them twice over. The bumpers constantly did not work and they acted as though it was an inconvenience to fix it. First off, very expensive for an hour worth of bowling. My friends and I, went to bowl here since we are visiting from out of state. Bowling price was $50.00 an hour to bowl. Not even the first turn, the bowling lane was broken. So ten minutes went by, the staff looked annoyed that we brought that to their attention and moved us to another lane. We DID NOT get the missing ten minutes WE PAID FOR.The staff seemed very unfriendly and impatient. This bowling alley needs a severe facelift, remodeling everything. Despite being very clean, the business needs to seriously lower prices, renovate the place, purchase new equipment, hire a friendly staff, and buy new bowling balls. The food was ok. Our experience, could've been a lot better. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this place. Stay cautious. I'll give it a one star review because the food was okay. read more

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews. However, really got me unnecessarily upset today. I saw online they have pay per game until 5 pm. I bought my 3.5 year old right from school to have fun and play one game. I was told once I got there to have bumpers for my child I'd have to pay for a full hour, $30 plus shoe rental. So instead of paying maybe $20 I was now double over that. And my son maybe bowled for five minutes, cool. So I thought, ok, someone has to open the bumpers up maybe that's why, so they're not doing it constantly. WRONG! The machine put up the bumpers on my sons turn and removed them on mine. Not sure what about this cost $20 more but it is WRONG. false online advertising. I was looking for something relatively inexpensive to do as a single mom with my child on our afternoon off together and this was my repayment. Thanks for nothing. However, when we were bowling, we found that the lanes were very slippery and potentially could of fallen and one of our bumpers was delayed to go up when we were getting ready to bowl. So this is really just a review of the bar, because when the wife and I came in at 8 on a Saturday night we were told 1 hour wait and spent 1.5 hours drinking instead. I think it was $30/hour for the lane, but like I said- we just sat at the bar. The bar tender was working her butt off, but whoever is in management needs to get their head out of their ass and get a second bar tender for Saturday nights. 1 person was running the service window and like 40 people around the bar. Very interesting place. At first, this place looked cool in the inside, but there are two flaws that need to be fixed and/or addressed. First, there isn't enough seating, so when there are high school tournaments, the parents and other guests have to either stand for hours or bring in their own chairs. Second, the lanes are insanely slippery, which reduces scores by adding more F's (or fouls) to the scoreboard. Thankfully when I fouled in this place, it was an advantage because I left a 7-10 split that was swept away by the foul. Unfortunately, a kid on another team had a completely fouled frame as he crossed the foul line TWICE, which comes to show how slippery these lanes really are. read more

Went here on Sat with a few friends and the guy behind the counter was a miserable (insert expletive). Treated my group like a bunch of kids (we are all grown adults) and accused us of spilling beer everywhere before we even poured a drink from the pitcher. Also accused us of throwing two bowling balls down the lane at the same time.. even though it was the people next to us that did it. Seriously what is this guys problem? The guy is literally talking shit about customers calling to set up birthday parties there and people bowling on certain lanes, in front of customers and sometimes in front of their face. He's unnecessarily disrespectful at any chance he gets, and I genuinely don't understand it. This place is overpriced, looks run down, the service is worse than you think it is from reading this review, and it took them 20 minutes to even turn our lane on. I'm not even exaggerating. Majestic has the lanes that are always kept up and always oiled. There is never a day that I was disappointed with their services. The pro shop is also wonderful. Very disappointed. Went and bowled and 230, very fun night (That's where my star comes in). Paying was very difficult, party of 9 and we all ended up not getting the correct change back to each person that paid. It was all fun and games until we were ready to leave. We were going to retrieve my friends left shoe when they gave her the wrong shoe. After telling them that wasn't the correct shoe, they gave us another one. That next shoe was still not the correct shoe. As story has it, another girl (with the same shoe) couldn't find hers, so what they did was give her a random shoe, same style, different size. Luckily the person with the wrong size left her number to get her own shoe. We retrieved her shoe finally, but the lacing was different and our ride had to wait extra time for us to leave. me and my friends came in for a nice night to bowl and as soon as we come in the people at the front counter were INCREDIBLY RUDE. i have never experienced customer service so terrible. as we went on about the night everything was fine till about 30 minutes later or so when me and a friend decide to go see if the food bar is still open . it is so we decided to order some food and the lady behind the counter was soo incredibly disgusting. i kept my composure anyway . we got the food and it was burnt completely at this point i didn't want to interact with the staff at all so my friend stepped in and sent our food back to be made again. we hate being these type of customers but if im paying $15 for a damn burger i don't want it to be burned till theres no taste . she then came out of the kitchen and yelled at us in front of other guest at the ally . the lane the shut off on us mid way through the game . and they had to switch us . i have never been treated so ugly and the only reason i came was because the woodbridge bowling alley was closed . i literally had to download yelp just to write this because never in my life again will i come here . read more
