No stars!!! After…read moregiving multiple opportunities for this to be resolved, I feel it's only fair to share our experience. People deserve to know what they're getting into. The roofing crew did a great job. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves, and the roof looks great. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a complete nightmare. We were told the fascia and soffit would be completed last week. No one showed. Then we were told Monday. Again, no one showed. We received little to no communication, and the contractor has ignored our calls and messages. To make matters worse, our stucco contractor showed up ready to work yesterday and was told by the soffit installer to leave because he would be "in the way." So now we've lost another contractor day and fallen even further behind. Today, after days of silence, we were told the wrong materials were ordered. This isn't just an inconvenience. Every delay costs us money. It has disrupted our construction schedule, delayed other contractors, and put our insulation and other materials at risk if they're exposed to the weather. A good roof doesn't make up for poor communication, missed commitments, and a complete lack of coordination after the job. If you choose this company, don't just judge them by the quality of the roof--judge them by how they treat you once they've got your business. The roof may keep the rain out, but the lack of communication left us out in the storm. Make it right Ramos!!
