We used this hair and makeup team for my sister's wedding and unfortunately had a very…read moredisappointing experience overall. At the beginning of the planning process, communication was very prompt and responsive, which gave us confidence in booking. However, as we got closer to the wedding date, responsiveness noticeably declined. When the final hair and makeup schedule was sent over, the bride was actually left off of the schedule entirely, which caused immediate stress and confusion right before the wedding. On the wedding day itself, timing and execution were major issues. We specifically confirmed ahead of time that all services could be completed within the allotted timeframe, but that did not happen. The schedule ran significantly behind, and one bridesmaid did not receive the hair service she had paid for and ultimately had to do her own hair. When we raised the issue of a refund for services not rendered, we were told that contract changes needed to be made 14 days in advance and that nothing could be done at that point. Several other services also felt rushed due to the delays. One bridesmaid's hair, for example, was completed in about 10 minutes. Her hairstyle felt uneven and did not hold well throughout the event. Other members of the bridal party and family also felt their services were rushed and lacked attention to detail. In addition, multiple people in the bridal party overheard what felt like an unprofessional phone conversation regarding another wedding situation, which was uncomfortable given the setting. Overall, while the initial communication was strong, the experience on the wedding day did not reflect the level of service we expected based on the price and prior assurances. The combination of scheduling issues, rushed services, and lack of accountability for a missed service made the experience very disappointing.
