Reecias is my happy place. I've been seeing Senora for probably about a year now and I look forward to my appointments every time. I try to find reasons to see her so I can go to Reecia's. The environment, other stylists, and services just feel so welcoming, warm and elevated. Coming here is my self care and I can't recommend them enough. They have lots of stylists who seem to create great diversity in specialities, all just as lovely as the next. Senora specifically has been the breeziest hair stylist I've ever worked with. Unfortunately , the cancellation policy ruined it for me. I had to cancel the night before because my son had to stay home sick. I was still charged fifty percent of the service. I have been there several times and never canceled or been late because I value the time of whoever is cutting my hair. I am disappointed in the customer service and lack of understanding. If you are looking for customer service you will not get it here when you most need it. read more

I've been going to Reecia's for a couple years now. I've preferred Aveda salons for years. Before moving to MT I was having my hair done in Phoenix. The stylist knew exactly how to do my hair and I loved going there. Finding that again is really hard. However, Mallory has been coloring my hair and she has been doing a fantastic job. I always enjoy going in and look forward to catching up while having my hair done. Today, I took my 12 year old in to have her hair cut, she was seen by Sonora . She did a wonderful job on my daughter's hair and she loved having it done. Definitely will be taking her back when it's time for her next cut. I was having "one of those bad hair days" so I called on the off chance I could sneak in on a Friday afternoon. As luck would have it, I was able to get in with a new stylist, Joena. Not only was she down to earth, she did an excellent job! She cut my hair in stages to be sure the length was correct and really listened to what I wanted. I was blown away with my color correction by Nikki A. Not only did she do a beautiful job, but she came in at 8am to make it happen before a big trip!!! . I came in with over processed very bad nearly all over brassy orange highlights with some pretty bad red left behind just to make it extra bright orange. My favorite was my dark root blunt contrast (and not in a good way). I left with my goal hair! A soft ombré with my a level near my natural and soft light golden blonde. The salon is nice. I like the bedchairs where they wash your hair. So comfortable. However, the woman at the front desk has a very stern and unfriendly disposition. The second time I came as I was about to tell her I was there for an appointment, she cut me off and said 'yes I'll let (stylist) know you're here.' Instead, she kept chatting with another staff member and after a few minutes sent that staff member to notify my stylist that I had arrived, and completely got my name wrong. Customer service goes a long way and this makes me wish there was another Aveda salon in town. read more

I was visiting Whitefish last month and had some free time. I decided to get a manicure and I am so happy I found Reecia's Salon. I was able to get a same day appointment. The salon is in a precious and welcoming building right on the very outside of the immediate downtown. I was able to easily walk there. Tessa was the nail technician. She is very skilled and took her time to give me a perfect manicure. If she was in Houston, I'd go to her for my manicures. I appreciate how relaxing the manicure was. I really don't like getting a manicure, but this was painless and she was sensitive to my sensitive fingers! read more

I just saw Angie today for a Body Facial. It's was such a calming an amazing experience!! My skin feels amazing and Angie does the BEST job at making sure you come out feeling great inside and out!!!! I highly recommend going to Reecia's for the best pampering in town!!! I searched high and low in the Flathead Valley for a good hair stylist. Then I found Nikki Averill at Reecia's. I can NOT say more good things about her. She is not only an amazing stylist but one of the most genuinely wonderful people I have ever met. I initially trusted her with lobbing off 10 inches of hair, and was so surprised when I was done that it was better than I imagined. She took my description and put her own flare to it--it turned out AWESOME! I get compliments for weeks after a cut or color with Nikki. She takes her time, giving you her undivided attention. Kind of a bummer with this place. I wanted to get the gel manicure and since I'm a new customer getting a new service they have a $20 off new service promotion. However, the gel manicure is $2 shy of the promotion and they said the only way I could reach that goal was to add a $55 dollar pedicure. I guess that business, just sad to see the goal is money and getting the big sales. read more

Moved here in 2002 and it took me a long time to find a hair salon. I use to fly back to San Diego 3 times a year to get my hair done. I tried 5 different salons here and none of them worked out. Then I found Reccia's Salon and spa and I'm so happy. They took the time to work with my hair to get it healthy again and the color I love. I have had facials done here,lash extension and have had them dyed as well and have always been happy with the results. I would recommend Reccia she is the one that does my hair but I don't think you would be disappointed with any of the women that work here. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The salon is always nice and clean and has a very comfortable atmosphere. They also use Aveda products which I love. read more
