When I went in I was greeted by the friendly staff, and immediately accommodated. They saw my design request and clearly it had them in a pickle. Quite advanced and I assured them they could have creative liberty and simplify it if necessary. Little to my knowledge I would have two lovely ladies actively watching videos, constantly repeating things if they weren't up to par, and spending countless hours making this design perfect. I called at 10:50 this morning and was able to get right in for 11am. They were busy but had a pedicure station open and got me started right away. While one woman was working on my feet (sorry, didn't get her name ) another, Kim, began working on my hands. I have never had such a thorough but gentle manicure. The pedicure was fabulous, too. She removed all of the calluses from my heels, gave me a hot stone massage, and rubbed oil and lotion on my legs for several minutes, followed by hot towels to wipe them clean. All for the same price I was paying my old salon to do none of that. And I was home in an hour. Very pleased with my experience today. I have found my new salon!!

Unfortunately, this visit confirmed that the issues are consistent. I requested a light yellow nail color and confirmed the shade multiple times. I was repeatedly told that the color would appear lighter after curing under the UV lamp, which was simply not true. The final result was completely different from what was promised. On top of that, the application was poorly done. my nails were uneven. When I called to ask if I could come back in to have the color corrected, the salon refused to fix their mistake unless I paid an additional $30. This is unacceptable given that the issue was due to their lack of accuracy and quality control. The interaction over the phone was also very rude and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration.

I was so happy to walk in to Lucky Nails and see what great safety measures were made due to the…read morepandemic. I felt like I was walking in to a new spa! I was instructed to fill out a form, sanitize my hands and have my temperature taken. Plexiglass dividers are tastefully protecting you from others and your manicurist. Everything is spread out and clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer. Only one other customer was having a pedicure. We all wore our masks. Teresa, an owner, immediately sanitized/cleaned everything including the pedicure massage chair. She even opened the door so I didn't have to touch the handle on my way out after my manicure. I highly recommend Lucky Nails. Not only was my mani/pedi excellent but I also felt very safe. I've been a client for many years and am in my 50s.

I love going to Lucky so I waited. So glad I did. Theresa and Sindy and their crew are always so friendly and accommodating. The salon is fully rigged for the customers protection with plexiglass spacers in between the pedicure chairs and at the manicure stations. Hand sanitizer everywhere you look. Everyone wore masks. Temperature was taken upon arrival. Only 4 people in the salon when I was there. I felt very safe as the salon was spotless! Great job in making your customers feel safe Lucky Nails! It's nice and quiet, no children running around, no line or wait time, clean without the chemical smell some places have. They did a good job with my full set. I find a lot of places don't cover your full natural nail when I get a set put on, like there's a gap on the side where you can see your natural nail. Not here. Pedicure was nice too.
