I've tried them for my last time. I took my daughters here yesterday after calling to ask if they had dazzle dry. They said they did. We all got pedicures which were entirely rushed and despite asking for regular pedicures they did a gel pedicure on one of my daughters (and tried to charge me for it). When we got to fingers I again asked they had dazzle dry and they said yes but then proceeded to "match" the color I asked for and did a regular manicure. It chipped twice before i even left the salon and today I have 3 fingers all with big chips. I won't even bother going back to have them fix it. It took 2.5 hours for my daughter to get a pedicure and a full set. We have a million nail salons in town, go elsewhere. read more

I have spent way too much time and money at this salon hoping for a good manicure and it always falls short. Just today I went in because the salon I go to regularly couldn't fit me in- figured they could work in a pinch for a quick dip manicure before a trip. Per usual, I was wrong. The dip is too thick, the woman cut my cuticles multiple times, and then the dip is caked up by my cuticles. Today I had my credit card that I wanted to use...... if you look at all of their signs it clearly says that they accept all types of credit cards. When I went to checkout ... the lady asked for cash and I told her I only wanted to use a credit card. I paid $50 plus a very generous tip to get an acrylic fill. The next day one of my nails broke and I went back to get it fixed. 2 days after that, another nail broke and others started chipping. That is ridiculous for the price that they are charging. This was my first and last time at this salon. The ladies were nice and the nails looked decent while they lasted but that's about it. Such a ripoff. After a particularly stressful few months I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. I take pretty good care of my skin and nails so I don't get them done professionally that often; however I thought I would greatly benefit from some relaxation and pampering. I went to this salon once before when it was "Gloss and Go". My experience was quite nice, but I heard that salon went downhill so I opted for another salon instead. When I saw that there was new ownership here and a mani/pedi special for $35 I thought it'd be worth at try. Upon entering the salon I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who helped me choose a color. I was promptly brought to the pedicure chair where I sat back and cracked open my book (Michelle Obama's new one, go grab it if you haven't read it already... but I digress). There are big screen televisions in front of the pedicure chairs. Typically I prefer the soothing background music while I read; however the TVs might be preferred for some. I was alarmed when the staff turned up the volume though... a Kevin Hart movie was playing on full volume. Completely annoying and distracting. I didn't say anything though because I wasn't sure if a customer had requested it. Regardless, I was starting to get frustrated as I couldn't concentrate on my book. The manicure: Seconds later the nail technician came over and asked if I would be getting a manicure. I indicated that I would and she hurriedly began doing my nails while I sat in the pedicure chair. I didn't mind this because my feet were cold and the extra time soaking would be lovely. I did mind that she rushed through the entire manicure process. One coat was applied immediately after the other without any drying process. No lotion was applied and the entire thing was done in under ten minutes. The pedicure: The pedicure was done just as quickly as the manicure. The nail technician asked me if I wanted my calluses removed as she held up a pumice stone. I looked quizzically at her and nodded that I did... clearly that is a main reason people come in for the service. I should make it plainly clear that this wasn't a "spa pedicure" or any type of paraffin treatment. She quickly and gently (which was weird) rubbed my heels for maybe five seconds on each foot and moved on. There were a few spots of polish on my skin that were never cleaned, and my feet were covered in oil as I walked to the drying station. To my shock she told me that the total would be $45, not the $35 as advertised. I reminded her of the enormous banner outside and also indicated that the woman beside me was charged $35 for the same service. I could have died when she told me that the pumice stone was another $10. Give me a break. Everyone else around me had the same service and I was clearly being overcharged. Needless to say I paid the $35 and was on my way. Won't be returning to this place... neither should you. You get what you pay for I guess. If you're looking for a legitimate salon I'd suggest Beautique in Peabody. read more

Please spend your money on literally anywhere else. I made an appointment with Sunny because she is the only decent nail tech there. When I showed up she wasn't even working, I got seated with another worker and never got to get my nails done by Sunny. The woman that did my nails was terrible, I got gel and instead of touching up the outer parts of my nails with a brush, she waited till they were dry and used cuticle clippers to cut away, making my cuticles extremely painful. There were also 3 women who came in while I was there complaining about chipped polish after 2 days and one woman's acrylics nail didn't match. As people called for appointments I noticed the main lady did not right one thing down. Don't waste your money on this business! read more

Super clean, nice looking place. Went on a Friday at 5pm barely any waiting time for a pedi & full set. Was offered water as soon as I was seated. The girls were super nice for the most part. I'm 9 months pregnant & my ankles are a bit swollen. 2 of the girls were talking to eachother I heard them say something about ankles, they asked how far along I was told them 9 months & they proceeded to talk to eachother & laugh. So ima safely assume it was about my ankles which I found rude. Anyway the pedi was nice, the paraffin felt great. As for the painting of my nails I wished they would have buffed my nails so they can be evenly shaped so the nails would have looked nicer. My full set was average. The shape is ok, a little on the flat side. My biggest pet pev is she didn't bother cleaning the nail prior to putting on acrylic. I specifically asked for my cuticles to be cleaned since I know that not every salon offers that service as part of acrylics which is ridiculous. But she completely forgot. Literally just buffed my nails & proceeded to put on acrylics didn't bother even cleaning under the nail. Had to tell her again before she painted them to clean my cuticles & was told it was an additional 10 $ ‍. No point of having nice nails with dry skin around them. She took care of the cuticles, painted them but no lotion or oil so my hands after the service were a little dry. But over all it is a nice place a bit expensive which I wouldn't mind if the quality of the service I was getting was a bit better. Feel like if they worked on those little things this place would be great. I'm updating to 4 stars, I was apologized to & I really appreciated that. I don't even want to be giving them a star. This is the worst nail salon i have been too. I left with acrylic all over my nails. My nails being all different shapes, sizes and lengths. I wish i took a picture of how my nails looked before i made them re do them and still wasn't satisfied with them. I had 2 different girls do my nails and neither of them could do square nails like i asked for. I was there for over 2.5 hrs getting them done. So I was looking at the past reviews and thought to myself, let me give the benefit of a doubt and just try it since it's not too far from where I was working. instant regret. not even halfway through getting the set done (regular acrylic set with simple polish), my cuticles started to bleed a bit. I pointed out that it was a bit painful when the lady was filing down my nails with the drill shaper thing (super bad with the device names so my bad in advance), she kept on hitting my cuticles and kept on telling me to relax. I did point out a few times that I'm bleeding and it actually does hurt but she kinda ignored me. the color was nice though it also didn't help that she left a lot of nail glue on my fingers and left some of my nails uneven. when I'm also being charged $60 dollars and they have no care to do anything with me even complaining about the cuts on my fingers or the uneven nails, I'll most likely not return for business. Also to anyone that hates using cash, just know that they don't take cards. They have an ATM inside that will charge .25¢ for the withdrawal. The lady that did my nails also got mad at the end that I didn't give a 20 dollar tip for my nails being done. Nope, sorry Not sorry on that. I have no problem tipping but I'm not going to give overall 80 dollars for something that looks like the job was done with such little care and a mess. read more

Treated like a Queen! Went in for a pedicure at 5:00 on a Saturday night. No wait, there were lots of colors to choose from. The owner offered a water bottle and checked on her clients. It's a nice comfortable massage chairs. The atmosphere is one of luxury. They have liners which is important for me for cleanliness. Prices are great for what you get too. read more

Jayden, my nail tech, did such a good job on my gel manicure and I was out of there in no time! He made sure that each individual nail was shaped and shaded perfectly. The general atmosphere of the spot was so clean and relaxing, classical music played in the background, & no one was loud and interruptive! The gel manicure on natural nails was $32, which I found to be significantly pricier than salons in surrounding areas such as Lawrence, but the peace of mind makes up for it. Don't expect the prices for other styles to be on the cheaper side. They do accept debit cards, however they only accept cash tips so make sure you bring cash with you. They also specialize in the new powder polish phase and they have dozens of gel color options. I will be back to get a pedicure and try different nail styles! read more

I wish I had come here sooner! This is by far the best place in the area! It's hard to find a place that lines their pedicure tubs - very hygienic! Pedicure was good, added on the callous remover for $10 which was worth it. Pedicure came to $35. And the gel manicure was $25. Not a lot of places will soak your cuticles and do the full manicure when you do anything but regular polish, but Posh Nails did a full manicure and my nails feel so healthy! The front desk helped me find for the perfect match for the gel, they are all super helpful and polite. Will definitely be back! read more

While the staff is kind and seem like they want you to have a good experience, I had a bad experience at this nail salon. If you look at the photos attached, you can see the strange looking spots on the nails and how crooked they are. No experienced nail artist should ever give service like this to a customer. First of all I just want to say this salon is beautiful. I'm an avid runner and that often means that my toenails are going to suffer. I had went into A+ posh salon with two broken big toe nails. I showed the the nail technician my toenails and she said no problem I will make it look like everything is perfect and you have gorgeous toenails. I opted for a spa pedicure and about an hour later I had beautifully pedicured toes and I was completely relaxed. They were able to repair my feet, make me feel welcome, and even made me laugh. This salon is gorgeous they have huge TVs for you to watch while you get your service done and refreshments to enjoy. I will definitely be back again to get my manicure done too! I even got some cool nail art on my toes! Definitely come here if you want to be treated like a queen and to be pampered for the day. read more

I got a mani pedi with two family members and was done at least 10 minutes before each of them, even though my tech had started later than the other two. The polish job was messily done on both fingers and toes. The nail tech cut the skin around my cuticle on my thumb and didn't say or do anything as my finger was bleeding. I've had good experiences before, but this one was the worst experience ever. My nails are absolutely ruined, and I wish I were exaggerating. I asked my nail tech to take off my acrylics (which they did) and for a manicure. She used one of the thumb sized acrylic bases to scrape off my acrylics, which is super unhygienic and she put it back in the box with the others. She put my hand in a bag filled with acetone and made me put it in almost boiling water and it was burning me and she kept telling me to keep it in there. Like what??? Once the acrylics were off she started to do the manicure (they never even asked me to pick a color btw) and she started to push back my cuticles. I asked her not to do anything to my cuticles and she was like, "you want a manicure right?" I told her yes but just without the cuticles, she then sent me to check out because I guess in her mind she was done. Awful experience. read more

This place is just okay. I've been pleased with the pedicures I've received here, but they could work on their manicures. The first manicure I got was a "dip" manicure with acrylic tips added. The color I chose from the book was supposed to be a dark salmon, however, the color ended up being a hot Barbie doll pink. The acrylic tips were not placed on all the way and two of them broke off within a week. While doing my manicure, he never pushed/cut my cuticles either. My second manicure was a basic gel manicure. It was just okay. The day after I noticed some bubbles and some paint on my cuticles. When I was leaving I noticed you could tip on your credit card (which is perfect for me because I rarely carry cash). I tipped her $7 on $35 of services (dip removal and gel mani) which is 20%. When I told the receptionist I was tipping on my card, the manicurist said loudly "you don't have cash?". I thought that was a bit rude and tacky since I tipped her 20%. I might come back. Place is pretty nice. 1st time here. Walked in and was given Ken as my nail technician. Cut my nails down so short that I could feel the drill on my skin. Put acrylic on new growth in 5 minutes, filed, buffed and painted my nails all in 25 min tops!! More worried about who was calling him than the actual customer. So unprofessional.
