During my pedicure the lady forgot to turn the water off and it literally over flowed onto the floor... all over my birks and my coach purse - thank goodness I didn't bring my LV that day! Anyway, she did wipe my shoes and the purse but the damage was already done. My shoes were soaked and my was purse soggy.
