The first appointment didn't get to happen because the staff didn't heat the water for my appointment and I couldn't wait an hour for it to get heated. Second time around, which was the first, the shower water never got hot. I told them that. And the pod was ok, it could have been warmer as my feet got cold. Second time, there was still no hot water in the shower. The pod was at least clean and hot enough. This time, I scheduled during the week maybe on a Tuesday for a Saturday session because I was told they change the water on Fridays. Friday night at 8:45 pm I get a text to confirm my appointment. Weird that I get a text so late, whatever. I confirm. I get there at their earliest time, which is 11am. I knock on the door and they come in after me. They haven't heated the water so they offer me to lay in the red light bed. I needed to clean it because as I ran my finger nail over the bed dirt came up on my nail. Fine they clean it. Next the shower again has no hot water. The pod was warm but gross. I tried to believe they cleaned it. Nope and I couldn't shower off the dirty water because there's no soap or hot water. I have to get home to shower. Two days later, I have a rash growing all over my body. Doctor tells me it from a dirty hot tub. But it wasn't a hot tub it was this sensory deprivation pod that who knows when was last cleaned. If they can't check what they are giving to their clients and at least turn me away saying things aren't in order that would be fine. But that's not what happened. I wish this place was good, it looks nice, they seem nice. But when I catch Hot Tub Folliculitis from the place I have to warn others.

I went to Dr. Patty after seeing a Facebook ad (that should have been my first clue). I also try to seek out medical care providers that look like me. I've just moved from another state and needed a dentist. I only came in for a regular cleaning. The dental hygienist came in and poked and prodded and claimed I need a "deep cleaning". The deep cleaning cost $1,395 and my co-pay was $295, plus they suggested an electric toothbrush for $85. When Dr. Patty did her exam, she told me how great my dental hygiene was, so I wondered why the need for the deep cleaning but I foolishly agreed to the "deep cleaning" that day, which resulted in 4 painful shots of lidocaine, and me being unable to talk for thee hours afterwards, because my words were slurred, which they didn't warn me about, so I had to cancel my afternoon meetings. My bill mysteriously changed to $405 when I went to the front to pay and when I inquired about the increase, the front desk clerk kept saying "oh don't talk" because of the lidocaine and tried not to explain the reason for the bill increase. Her explanation--I still don't even know, because I knew then, I WOULD NEVER RETURN! BE WARNED THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! And Dr. Patty, you BE WARNED ALSO, if you come for me, I am an attorney and I will have your license! I will call the dental board, and may still do so!

Something felt off, so I got a second opinion from another trusted dentist -- and sure enough, I was told the procedure wasn't necessary at all. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like a place is more focused on upselling treatments than actually providing honest dental care. I left feeling like I was being scammed.
